I have been through this work which is a raw interpretation of anxiety. i have changed the name as the previous title was too abrasive and I feel the new title is more accurate. I take a lot of inspiration from my own thoughts which I know are not realistic but they guide my mind.

The title is from one of the works of John Dowland and when I write chapters for this series I usually have his music playing.

Care that consumes the heart with inward pain,
