Author has written 27 stories for Tuck Everlasting, Doctor Who, Firefly, Pirates of the Caribbean, Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Stargate: SG-1, Peter Pan, Hook, Mad Max, Braveheart, Torchwood, Dresden Files, Alex Rider, and Stargate: Atlantis. For anyone reading this wanting to know: I update very slowly. Incredibly slowly. At an entirely glacial pace. I'm sorry. I hate it too. Also, that pace will probably get worse. Forgotten Years will probably never be updated. Sorry. I've just sort of lost all motivation for it. I'd like to say that Holding Out for a Hero will be, because I have some of the next bit written, but I'm not entirely sure where I'm going with it. I used to know, but that was a while ago (and I have a habit of not writing plot down for later reference). Turning, and Stepping Forwards has a few thousand words of an unnamed prequel written. It may never be posted, but the chances of that occurring are higher than those of the equally-unnamed sequel(s) being posted. Fragmentation will possibly at some point have it's unnamed promised larger related fic posted. I can't say when, because it needs a lot more work and an idea of where it will end. And, uh, start, sort of. But one day. Days Like These will continue to be updated, though I can by no means promise how fast that will happen. The first few chapters were posted pretty quick together, but real life interferes. And, despite the amount of talk-talk-talking in this fic, there is also a plot hidden in there somewhere. I promise. False Memory Syndrome and Falsehoods are set in the same continuum. Falsehoods is set earlier, chronologically, although it was written later. There may or may not be more written later. (I want there to be, I have ideas for more, but we all know it isn't up to me...) Indirect Encounters now has a sequel posted - Near Miss Encounters. Each fic is a completed oneshot, but I have ideas for more...too many more. Most of my other stories won't be updated. Mostly because they're completed oneshots. Retroactive Housekeeping might one day have a sort of sister-fic appear. Not any time soon, though. But maybe one day. Maybe. I'd like to post it. It just needs a whole lot more work. (Since I wrote that, I've had more ideas for more stories in that 'verse, but they have equally little written if not less). Acid Shadows will most likely one day have fics set in the same verse. Speaking of, I think I originally imagined that fic and A Second (-Hand) Life to exist in at least similar if not the same verse. And also Days Like These. (Since writing that, I've made up some complicated something-or-other where the three mentioned above, plus the entire Retroactive Housekeeping verse are set in the same 'verse. But since essentially none of it has been properly written, that's not very relevant) -Elemnestra |
