Preferably something quiet, though, I do like lively things when I'm in the right mood. Which has been often, lately. And obviously I love musicals. French music and dance music is also awesome. The 60s and 70s also have some wondrous music. :O I also enjoy Band of Horses, Owl City and assorted other artists. Also: backing soundtracks. Seriously. The instrumentals to LotR and Doctor Who are some of the most amazing things ever. Favorite sports: Swimming and tennis. Ooh, I did gymnastics for a while..I did enjoy that... Random things: I write poetry, I can get obsessive about certain things, I've been in five choirs, and I like to be random, though lately my randomness is less. And I'm very sarcastic...I got nominated for a humor award due to my sarcasm. I'm a realist, though I do stray into the pessimistic side of the spectrum on occasion. My friends are my life. I make short movie slideshows. :P I obviously like this face :P. I know my bad luck very well. :P I love life. Neat profile quote things: Weird is good, strange is bad, and odd is when you don't know which to call someone. Weird is the same as different, which is the same as unique, than weird is good. If you are weird and proud of it, copy this onto your profile! "Life is a song. Fate is the composer, that still, with all his many years of experience never really fails to hit the wrong notes- he just becomes frustrated with your life's song, and often deepens your notes. At the time, it may not sound good, but in the end, it all works out." --Zarri "'I don't read very well. So I don't think very well either.' Galinda smiled. 'I dress to kill, though.'" (Wicked the book, page 80) "The BAS is like Vegas, only we usually mean it." -Crazy/Truffles "I ignore the obvious and focus on the meaningless." --Crazy/Truffles "It's simple, really: The time goes into a black hole along with single socks from the dryer and spare keys." --Crazy/Truffles "In the day of prosperity be joyful, but in the day of adversity consider." -Ecclesiastes "One day well spent is to be preferred to an eternity of error." -Cicero "We hold the view that the people come first, not the government." -John F. Kennedy "Fate leads the willing, and drags along those who hang back." -Seneca "Let us never negotiate out of fear. But let us never fear to negotiate." -John F. Kennedy "The supreme happiness of life is the conviction that we are loved." -Victor Hugo "So oft in theologic wars, the disputants, I ween, rail on in utter ignorance of what each other mean, and prate about an Elephant not one of them has seen!" -John Godfrey Saxe "I have measured out my life with coffee spoons." -T.S. Elliot "Let us live so that when we come to die even the undertaker will be sorry." -Mark Twain "Never complain and never explain." -Benjamin Disraeli "Man is born to live, not to prepare for life." -Boris Pastermak "The most practical kind of politics is the politics of decency." -Theodore Roosevelt "And Nimby, what's Prop 8 3/4? For the moment, I don't know how bad. But it's certainly three buses, a long walk and a taxi ride from good." -The Doctor (11) "We're all such tiny parts of your life, aren't we? All the friends you make just flicker in and out. You must hardly notice us." "Amy, you are enormous parts of my life.
