Gyreflight - my original nom-de-net of Gyre was unfortunately already taken on ffnet by the time I got around to signing up. I'm still Gyre everywhere but here though, as I have been for the whole of my fandom life (insert scary number of years here).

By the way, does anyone know the conversion factor for fandom-years? You know, like dog years? :-)

Not-a-proper-update (but Proof of Life, at least):

I'm trying to write again after the hiatus. With luck (and work) there will hopefully be a proper update here at some point (I thought I should drop a note on my profile to let the odd reader checking back know that I'm still around, and that whatever you're waiting for me to write may still happen).
