Holy balls, that was a long hiatus.

Anyway, I'm back... kinda... So, yeah, I've been busy with life and such, nothing much I care to elaborate on, but still. I thank those of you who reviewed, despite my stories having gone this long without a new chapter. If not for those (and my recent bouts of excruciating boredom), I'd probably not be writing this now, so there's that. Aaaand now I've come to realize that I have no real explanation for the apparent abandonment of my stories... Meh, I'm sure it'll work out well in the end.

So, clearly some updates for The Fox and Boar are long past due... And as much as I'd love to upload the 10k word chapter I have on my desktop, a recent series of (awesome) ideas and a twinge of writer's block/boredom made me reconsider, well, the entire first part of the story. And, due to that boredom, I actually put down all my thoughts in a document (the file so far has over 2k words... which is quite a bit, considering it's broken fragments in list format of vague ideas I want to incorporate later on), only to realize I have, like, 8 "sections" to get into... Some of which expand on core elements from the first edition, while some create huge plot changes, and so on... And that's only a portion of all the major stuff I want to get down in this fic... So, yeah, I've been busy typing and whatnot. Too bad for you lot, though, since the promised update has been delayed... again... But! In the process of getting stumped by The Fox and Boar, I came up with loads of new stuff for both other fics, so there's that. But since my oldest is my most popular, I'mma go ahead and keep working on the new edition, and not even dedicate time to updating the other two until I have at least 20k words down. That seems fair, sorta.

Right... So, if you're still reading this, I've decided that having a beta would be, iono, freaking awesome at the moment since I'm so scattered with ideas (and real life, but who cares about that...). If anyone wants to consider helping me sort ideas (and to have access to chapters days before I post them), send me an email/PM to let me know. Other than all of that, be patient for a new chapter sometime soon...
