Author has written 7 stories for How to Train Your Dragon. hello all! I love to read books and sometimes when I cant find anything good to read I turn to fan fiction because I know there has to be at least one good fanfic. ...however there are some things I don't like 1. swearing: I do not like swearing for me it may be a good book but swearing kind of puts a veil over it making it less enjoyable so please avoid using swear words. 2. hate comments: this is something I do not tolerate. I obviously don't like hate speech towards me but I also don't like hate speech towards others even if I don't know them 3. one shots: I for some reason don't like one shots I guess its just a great idea for a longer story that kinda gets dumped that kinda makes me feel sad that it was never continued. (and short stories and "what if" stories are different.) 4. leaving a story unfinished: I have come across a few stories like this where it is left unfinished and I know many other people hate it too so please don't and i will try to do the same i'm writing a book but i cant tell if i'm not interested in it or just a horrible writer (yes I do write too albeit not very well.) now I did mention my book i'm not sure if I will publish it or not as i'm unsure how it will turn out. If I do start publishing you must be patient, as I am no where near as talented as most of you on this site, and it may take me a long time to update. I mean I tried writing a book it only has 32 pages in a google document in size 11 font with the majority of it being Arial, and I've been working on it for 2-3 years. To me that seems like very little so I doubt I will post anything very long. now onto my favorite ships. Hiccami (Hiccup Camicazi)=(my favorite ship) From HTTYD Hicstird (Hiccup Astrid) from HTTYD Berica (Ben Erica) from spy school The titanic (kidding about that last one) as you can see I love making dad jokes even though i'm not a dad. The first fanfic I ever read was: SS5 by XenonOmega (left unfinished) The first HTTYD fanfic I read was :lightning and death by Cke1st and my favorite (at the moment) is dark wings by DragonGirl135 (left unfinished?) and my new favorite story is Becoming Lífþrasir by (goodness I butchered this even typing with a computer XD) midoriko-sama a great author that I highly recommend. My most unexpected favorite would have to be either the treasure of ejya nott or nobless oblige by harry panther and vala411 respectively both of these are very different in that it takes place in a different society. Treasure takes place in the modern day and has the plot from count of monte cristo nobless oblige is in a medivel age but has refrences to frozen, tangled and brave. the reson these are my unexpected favorites (not sure if that term makes sense but whatever) is because i tended to avoid fanfics in which it is a modern day or a different time period because it is so much different from the original movie. but these where amazing! I have finally posted my first fanfic simply called HTTYD What if. a story that deviates from the movie that is very different from most if not all AUs on this site (not bragging just saying i have not found a AU that doesnt deviate when Hiccup earns the right to kill Hookfang in the ring). enjoy both my books and the books of other authors in this site! |
