I mostly write for the Phantom of The Opera and Scarecrow and Mrs. King fandoms. I've yet to branch away from either in fan fiction. I read in a few fandoms though: SMK and Phantom obviously, also The Nanny and Harry Potter. I've come across a few Rent fics I like. One or two Wicked fics. I've also recently discovered Labyrinth fan fiction. That's pretty much it. I admit to being very picky when I read.

One thing to note about my Phantom writings: I DO NOT SUPPORT THE 2004 MOVIE! A reader once left me a comment that said they imagined Gerard Butler as 'my Erik' and I nearly wanted to choke. I'm sorry, I know everyone has their own opinions, but in a way, that almost to me seemed more of an insult than a compliment because Butler's voice just GRATES on me. I guess what I'm saying is . . . it's fine for you to see what you want, but please don't tell me you see He-Who-Should-Be-Hanged in my fics because it's off-putting to me /endrant.

I chose to cut out the long favorites list because I realize I'm so eclectic in most things and a lot of the info there was outdated anyway. Instead, a little about my stories:

My SMK Fics:

Are all, I am proud to say, completed works. Read without fear of a cliff ending! Back when I was still going strong writing SMK I had a tendency to wait to post until the fic was actually completed (even if I would then post chapter increments) because too many fics at the time were being left unfinished. Something to note, this part of my fanfic writing self is seeing some action. Not from anything new, but recently a re-read of "He's My Son" prompted me into an editing mode. After editing and re-posting that, I decided to start combing the vault for any fics that I had completed, but never posted. Some are still going through a bit of a polish, and I might just be putting them all up bit by bit.

Deeper Than All Roses: I humbly apologise . . . when I started this story, it was right after my experiment with posting, for the first time, a story which was NOT complete when I began posting (Deeper's predecessor, Love Comes . . .) which went so well that when I was several chapters into Deeper, I decided to begin posting. Sadly, though I've known all along where the story is going, it's been stalled now for more than three years. Other things have been keeping my attention away from this piece. However, I am honestly trying to rectify this . . . but it is VERY slow-going. I have like, three or four pages of the next chapter. Sigh There is, however, some light at the end of the tunnel I hope . . . I'm sitting on Deeper's sequel until I finish Deeper (the sequel is short, but is COMPLETE, however, there are massive spoilers.)

My Website - Questions about other versions of stories:

Lately in both reviews and in private messages, I have been getting the following questions:

"The link to your website doesn't work. I want to read "Insert Story Name Here" on your site. Can you send me the link?" ... Sadly, the answer is no. Any website that may have been anywhere in one of my stories, typically ones linking to a 'Deleted scene' ("Love Comes" or "Wild Night") has long since died the sad, sad death that many good sites go through. At one time, I had a site that I paid for to house those. Unfortunately, too many bills got in the way.

"Can you send me a copy of "Insert Story Name Here"? " ... I have been on a LONG time, nearly a decade. I wrote my first fanfiction close to a decade ago. That was at least five or six computers ago. Most of these questions refer to the above "Deleted Scenes" (Again, "Love Comes" and "Wild Night") that were necessary to keep those stories from topping the rating allowed by this site. As of this writing, I have not found the files for either one of those deleted scenes, or the original copies of either story.

"Is there more of "Deeper Than All Roses" hosted elsewhere?" ... Sadly, no. As of right now, I have about half of the next chapter of Deeper. I blame Madame Giry, honestly, she doesn't want to speak up even though Raoul is trying! Seriously though ... I have struggled with that story talking - or not talking - for a few years now. I hope that one day, I CAN manage to finish it. I seriously believe it will only be a few more chapters, simply for the fact that it HAS been stuck in the proverbial birth canal for so long now. I have known since the moment I began writing it how it will end. It's just tying up a few loose ends. But ... nope, sorry, I'm honestly not purposely holding out on y'all!

"Do you have any other stories posted elsewhere that I can read?" ... At one time, the answer would have been yes, I do. At one time, all of my fiction that was complete was posted on one of my own archives online (one was for a group I owned, the other was my personal website.) Both those sites are now gone. As some may have noticed though, I am working on pulling some old stories out of the 'vault' (so to speak.) Many of them needed some 'cleaning' work done to them in one form or another. Some mild, some not. And all have been found in hopes of finding other writing that I have lost between computer changes and moving.
