My name's Kendra, and I'm a 30-year-old PHP programmer (I wrote an entire internet software by myself), but my first and foremost dream has always been to become a novelist. When I was a kid, novels were a great escape from life and helped me through many difficult times. I thought, early on, that I wanted to do the same for another kid someday, just one, and my life would have meaning, so I've been perfecting my craft for twenty years. I've been writing since I was nine. I like writing action-adventure, though I don't think I'm very good at it, and most of my stories have some varying levels of romance and humour. Very few of my written works are ever entirely romance. Even the ones that have ostensibly no other plot-line running simultaneously will generally have tension and obstacles to deal with all the same.

If you don't like original characters, I'm not your writer. I have a lot of them, and they will appear in my fan-fiction quite frequently. Even in pieces that don't have a heavy focus on them have a few original characters filling plot holes and roles that I need filled. Even in Avatar: The Last Airbender, with such a high number of canons, I find that the existing canons don't always fit the roles that I need. There are also very standard original characters that appear in most, if not all, of my pieces, like Jiva and Suyis. Many of these originals also have standard ships they end up in; Suyis is almost always dating Azula, as an example.

LTS will not ever have a sequel. I think it ended very conclusively. I apologise to anyone that reads it for subjecting you to that utter, unjust chaos. I will, however, be rewriting Like the Sun later.

I actually started writing this a long time ago, back in October 2019 after Realm of Magic was released, so, uhhh yeah. It's going to be a Monstrosity in size, so that's a thing too. This actually comes with images but not a lot, so you're not missing anything, really.
This comes in parts. The first part is Tell Me Lies, the second is Throw Me Away. These two will be followed by Make Me Believe, and Calling Me Home.

The Badger
Avatar: The Last Airbender; Toph, Azula, Zuko. Toko, alt-universe crime-thriller-noir type mish-mash.
This is my first venture into the genre. As such, it may not be great, nor exactly noir. I'm trying but it doesn't readily fit into a single genre-box. This fan-fiction is also being continued! However, it's been five years since I last touched it. Many things have changed since then, and I've become a much better writer in the interim. As such, I'll be re-writing the first two chapters, and continuing from there, that the style and voice remain consistent. I've also found many things I did in the original that I don't like anymore, and I want to fix it, so I will. All things said though, The Badger's my best work.
It will later be a 22 chapter monstrosity, so forgive the slow updates. I'm trying not to hit the ground running and burn out instantly.
