I am a writer, I write. That is who I am. I post stories to practice and to hear feedback, to improve.

Also for those who read profiles and write stories for this site, I have a few grievances. I'm not saying that my spelling is great or my grammar is top notch but still:

THROUGH not thru

Cheque not check when referring to the slip of paper used as a means for transferring money.

If you are doing a first person piece, stick to one point of view. If you want to change, don't do it in the middle of a chapter.

Don't use text language when writing. Didn't you ever learn that in school.

Oh and when doing flashbacks don't write flashback. Either make a new chapter out of it or write is as a memory.

For example

It was the blue of the dress that made him think of her, that day she broke his heart. It was a Monday, the rain spilling from the sky like tears from an infant. "I'm sorry," she said with little meaning, "but I can't do this anymore"
