Hi, I'm LBG! If you are checking me out then I will tell you that I have been a member here for over a year and I have written four stories for TDK. In the real world I'm in the cosmetics industry, while dreaming of becoming a writer. I have a stressful job and writing really gets me through. I got married this year, so some of my work has been on hold but I'm back in the loop again.

Have loads of interests, I can get interested in mostly anything.

Films that have inspired me, would have to say Batman Begins and dark knight (the whole reason I'm here). I'm really into super hero films, mostly because of the themes that are within. I love the idea of redemption and multiple personalities.

I have always loved the Batman series because it is darker than the others. Its themes are much more adult and believable. What I mean is that he is fighting for a cause and is driven by vengeance, he has no special powers, no spider sense. Also the villians were so much more creepy in Batman.

I love comedy. At the moment I'm watching the Office US and I'm in love with it!! Its also made by one of my favorite comedians Ricky Gervais and I love Extras and the Uk Office (its more painful to watch).

I'm a huge, huge Bill Hicks fan! My husband introduced me to him eight years ago and I have read, listened and watched nearly everything he has ever done. If you like him to, read 'American Scream' his biography, its so sad but so detailed and interesting.

I'm a huge Buffy the Vampire Slayer Fan. I love the West wing, Heroes, Lost, House, Desperate Housewives,Sex and the City, Sopranos, Bones, Big Bang theory and of course the Office. Can you tell that I'm addicted to american television?

I wish my interests included running and going to the gym but sadly it does not.

I'm currently a huge fan of the Jokerblogs series over on youtube. You need to see this guy in action and if you have time please go over there, take a look and support him!

I'm not a fan of flaming of any sort. Its the lowest of the low. If I ever want to try and help someone improve their writing then I will review or PM that person and I would appreciate the same treatment. I have had too many run ins now with flamers on this site and it drives me nuts. But I'm still here because happily, the nice people on this site far out weigh the bad ones. I can also take critisim if it is constructive and thoughtful.

Just to also point out that my first three fics 'Uninvited', 'The Girl in Question' and 'All good things' were the very first things that I had ever posted on here. They are a little rough in parts and most would consider my OC as a (gasp)-Mary-Sue. Its probably true but I dont give a monkies! I really loved writing them and they have taken me to what I'm writing now, which I hope is far better! Fingers crossed.

I'm also really dissappointed with the amount of TDK 'communities' that are on here solely to bash other people's work. I do not think that is helpful at all. So I created my own to celebrate the good ones out there. I'm building it up slowly as I'm a really slow reader but if you have any suggestions please feel free to let me know!!
