![]() Author has written 24 stories for His Dark Materials, Doctor Who, Uglies, Lie to Me, Sanctuary, Thief Lord, Dead Like Me, Survivors, FlashForward, In Plain Sight, Dangerous Days of Daniel X, Warehouse 13, Sherlock, Misc. Movies, and Sandman. Words...Do any of you know real the power of the written word? Words have the power to change a life, to change the world. Words can move people to start revolutions, and wars. Words can move people to change their way of thinking. Words can move people to change their whole lives. I believe in the strong power words have over the world, and that's why I love to read and write. I have made this account to do what I love and to pay tribute to the stories that have changed so many lives. Because that's really what Fan Fiction is all about. Paying tribute. We're all worshipers of stories and writing Fan Fiction is our way to show that we love the stories that have changed our lives. Like ancient people offering food to the Gods, we offer our view, our twist, our version of a story as tribute. So this is for you, authors and screenwriters. We love you and we want to keep writing so we can write more. Enough of this speech, I know you clicked on my profile to read about me! So here it is: I'm in high school (not saying what grade in case you are one of those creepy-creeps that attack girls they found on-line). And to that fact, yes I am female, not like it matters... I basically like reading crossovers the best, but I can handle a normal fanfic if it's REALLY good. No cheesy crap. I hate: Twilight (totally over rated and not worth the praise) I love: Doctor Who (such WONDERFUL screenwriting!) So, I find as my music listening goes on throughout the years that there are a few songs that describe some characters feelings from book or TV shows. Here are just a few that I've noticed: 1) It's All Your Fault -Pink=Tally's feeling towards David in Uglies That's really all I have for know. But as time goes on, I know I'll find more. They're all really good songs by the way, and if you like any of those stories mentioned in the list, then you should look up the songs and find out why I choose them. Favorite Quotes: "So the Myan calendar ends in 2012. So what? My calendar ends in December. I just buy a new one." -Mr. Youngblood (Geography teacher) Some funny facts about Texas. Which by the way I live in (not telling what city, I stop at telling strangers the state I live in). 1)You switch from "heat" to A/C" in the same day. Okay some of these don't apply to Texas only, but they are still funny. Oh, and did you know that Dr. Pepper was invented in Waco, Texas? I bet you didn't know that. You learn something everyday, don't you? So that's basically it. There's nothing really more I want to tell complete strangers about me. I'm sure I'll add more later, but for now...BYE!! =P |
