I've written a bunch in the Legend of the Seeker universe, and now I'm trying out something completely different. My output tends to be rather like Old Faithful--I spew a lot for a short time, then go quiet, though my quiet phases are a bit longer than an hour. I'm in another spew phase, and my Earth 2.1 (I hate that the 2.1 won't work in the title slot) is coming along nicely.

I like to include humor in most of my work, but it's not uniformly funny (sort of like me). I go for angst, hurt/comfort and action in equal parts, and often within the same story. Earth 2.1 will follow that same pattern. I have some characters I'm introducing and other characters I'm adding new elements to, and the way it has gone so far, it will have a little something for everyone. I hope. :-)

For those who might worry that the spewage may stop before I give you a complete story, as you can see below, both Earth 2.1 Season One and Season Two are now complete, and I have a good amount of work done on Three, which will complete the whole story. As with last year, I can't guarantee that I'll finish Season Three any time soon. Be patient with me--I do know where it's going, and I do fully intend to complete it. And these characters simply will not let me off the hook, so even if I wanted to bail on the project, I couldn't. But this last installment is quite a bit different than the first two, with new characters introduced, a lot more of some minor characters in the first two seasons, a little less physical whumpage, and a lot more emotional whumpage. Which means it's a lot harder to write, and believe me, the first two weren't exactly a walk on G-889.

To all and sundry who've reviewed in both the LotS and Earth 2 universes, I've been really touched by your kindness, and I've learned a lot. I really hope you'll give my lastest offering a try.
