Not only does Gaston infiltrate the castle with his men, not only does he manage to enslave the enchanted beings and take over, but he kills the Beast and forces Belle into marriage. Lumiere won't have any of this.

When Belle looks in the mirror her father is already being taken to the asylum. Belle and the Beast hurry to get him out. Returning too late to break the curse, they strive to find another way to reverse it.

"Hey, what are big brothers for?" Gaston smiled. As long as he did the right thing, she would always be proud of him. Imagine what it would be like if Gaston had a younger sister? Her best friend is Belle, the inventor's daughter who Gaston has a big crush on, and her other friend is Lefou, Gaston's biggest fan . All she ever wanted of him was for him to do the right thing...

People can change, for better and for worse. The Beast went from a sweet, innocent boy to a cruel, uncaring prince, only to then become a hideous monster. But how did this come to be? And how will he change once Belle comes into his life?

AU. 1991 Film. Belle never returned, leaving Prince Adam forever a beast. A fate which leaves him sad and lonely. Eleven years later, however, a surprise arrives near his castle: Belle's young son. Learning the child, Percival, has fled from his abusive father after Belle's death, Adam welcomes the boy into his home and heart. But Gaston is not about to let his son go so easily.

Gaston thinks back on the war, what influences did it have on him. Why would such horrors calm him down in the first place?

This one shot is inspired by an innocent question my daughter asked me, involving the sixty eggs Gaston claims to eat every day. Takes place during the Gaston song.

After the final battle everyone was restored to what they were before and what they'd lost. However, Gaston will never return. The Prince orders the body to be recovered and Belle is left to break the news to the only one left to mourn him. Trouble is, when they recover the body, they discover that not all is as it seems. For the man who fell so far may not yet have hit the ground.

Belle looked up at her husband with a hopeful, pleading expression. "We can give her everything she's ever wanted." She whispered, her throat closing and her eyes burning with tears at just the thought of it. "A family." Rated T to be safe!
