OC List: Her Turn

Sumara Hotaru:-
Appearance: Tall with long blood red hair and green eyes. Average breast size. Dresses in the typical Shinigami attire.
Personality: She completely lacks empathy. She is quiet and does not talk much. She accepts her orders without much fuss. She is a very determined woman.
Powers: Her Zanpakuto is a thin blade which she keeps attached to her left hip. The blade is called Meimei and is released with the command, "Remove, Meimei". She cannot use bankai. She is very skilled in kido and has excellent reiatsu control. Her shunpo is decent. She has excellent swordsmanship skills and could have become a lieutenant if she stayed as a Shinigami.
History/Background: Sumara was a former Shinigami in the 5th Division. She used to have great respect and loyalty for Seireitei and the Royal Family, but her family were used in Aizen's experiments, killing both her husband and young son. Because of this, she harbours a severe hatred for any kind of authority, believing that the government encouraged the experiments.

Masao Goto:-
Appearance: He has the looks of a young (20ish) man. Average height with long black hair that stops just below his shoulders and is always pulled into a loose ponytail. He has bright, sky blue eyes. A large scar runs down his chest from his right shoulder to his belly button. He wears an outfit similar to that of a Captain, except his haori is dark blue. His shihakusho is always worn open at the chest, exposing his scar.
Personality: He is a kind young man intent on helping those who are less fortunate than himself. He loves his friends and family with all his heart and would do anything for them. Despite being so caring, he would not hesitate to hurt anyone who harms anyone important to him.
Powers: Not much is known about his Zanpakuto's powers. He carries to long blades around at all times, they are slung over his back. As far as anyone knows he has never been forced to even use his shikai in the heat of battle. His shunpo skills rival Yourichi's.
History/Background: He is the Captain of the Royal Guard and is closest to the King and his family. He entered the guard fifty years ago, not much is known about his past - he does not like to talk about it.

Aiko:-
Appearance: A young blonde haired girls, who looks about 8 years old. Her hair is pulled into two pigtails and they are tied together with a pair of green hair bands. She has bright blue eyes. She is deaf and communicates via sign language. She wears a light pink kimono with deep red intricate patterns on the back. She also wears a pair of black gloves that she never takes off.
Personality: She is a very active young girl and can say the word "Masao", indicating that she hasn't always been deaf and has known Masao from then. She spends most of her time drawing and insists on showing Masao her pictures, which are normally of him. She does not like being away from Masao's presence for extended periods of time.
Powers: None known.
History/Background: Nothing is known about her history, but she was first seen fifty years ago when Masao joined the Royal Guard. The general rumour is that Masao and Aiko are siblings.

Riru Shimizu:-
Apperance: A tall woman with large breasts. She has long plum red hair that fans down to her mid back and she usually wears it loose. She has grey eyes. She has customised her shihakusho so it is much shorter than most, (ends just above her knees).
Personality: She is a very smart woman and hates when anyone talks down to her. She is very aware that she is pretty and will use it to her advantage wherever possible. She is in love with Masao and would do just about anything for him, they have been publicly dating for a while now. She harbours slight feelings of jealousy for Aiko because she takes up so much of Masao's time and energy. She doesn't like getting close to many people, causing people to think she is cold.
Powers: Her Zanpakuto's Shikai release command is, "Open the gates of the Reaper" and her Zanpakuto takes the form of a scythe. This and her rather cold attitude has given her the nickname, "The Grim Reaper". Her kido is excellent, especially her healing skills, and she has decent shunpo skills.
History/Background: She was originally a Shinigami in the 4th division and joined the Royal Guard five years after Masao. It took her twenty years to get to the position of Lieutenant.

ROYAL FAMILY = Kiyomizu Family

The Spirit King:
Minoru Kiyomizu:-
Appearance: A tall, overpowering man with broad shoulders. He has a head of thick brown hair that falls to his shoulders and a short brown beard. He has kind chocolate eyes and a bright smile.
Personality: He is a kind King who puts his people over his own wellbeing a lot of the time. He loves his family immensely and would do anything for them, he is their rock. For most of his reign, he was liked by his people immensely, though this began to deteriorate with his health.
Powers: Immense spiritual pressure, legendary kido skills.
History/Background: Due to a biological illness, his spiritual power began to wane exponentially. This has an effect on everywhere, the very foundations of their world begins to crumble. Hollows find themselves in Soul Society etc. The people are in uproar and he finds his popularity decreasing. Everyone wants him to retire, but neither of his two children are old enough to take the throne. Fearing his death, with several terrorist groups targeting him and his family nowadays as they want change and still knowing that his existence is needed for Soul Society and the Royal Realm to survive, he puts all his remaining power into reservoirs that should keep the worlds in a relatively stable state.

The Spirit Queen:
Rin Kiyomizu:-
Appearance: She is of average height, slim with large breasts. She has long light auburn hair that is pulled into a loose bun and grey eyes.
Personality: She is a very strong willed woman. She won't allow anyone to walk over her and will not hesitate to put them in their place. She is a strict but caring mother and both her children love her very much. She cannot cook to save her life, a sore subject in the Kiyomizu household. She can stand her own and is very proud of that fact. Her family is her life.
Powers: She still has her Shinigami powers, though she does not carry around her Zanpakuto anymore. She is extremely strong and can deliver a mean right hook, something her husband learnt the hard way.
History/Background: She was once a part of the Royal Guard, closest to guarding the King. By chance she met and the King and they fell in love. Since married she retired from her Shinigami lifestyle.Because she married into the Kiyomizu family, she cannot rule without her husband.

The Spirit Princess:
Miki Kiyomizu:-
Appearance: She is 14 years old. She has curly, shoulder length light brown hair that she usually wears out. She is very short for her age, and flat chested - something she hates to be brought up on, especially when she compares herself to her mother. Her laugh is infectious and she has her mother's grey eyes.
Personality: She is a very smart young girl and you can usually find her hidden somewhere within the walls of the palace library. She is very protective of her young brother. She finds "Shinigami" and their powers fascinating and is very jealous that she will probably never have the chance to become one because of her status in society. Saying that, she admits, that "scaring into battle would scare me".
Powers: High spiritual power - has been sealed until she comes of age.
History/Background: She is next in line for the throne but because of her youth, her father does not wish to relinquish the throne to her yet, knowing that she would not be able to rule properly and he also wants her to live her childhood properly without the struggle of politics.

The Spirit Prince:
Haruki Kiyomizu:-
Appearance: He is 8 years old and has short, spiky dark brown hair and light brown eyes. He is a spitting image of his father at that age. He is an average height for his age and very skinny.
Personality: As the sole male child in the Kiyomizu Family, he is spoiled by his father because of it. He is a mischievous little boy, but in general, has good intentions. His favourite animal is the frog and his sister is his best friend. Because of this, when he grows up, he wants to be a Shinigami so he can protect her when she becomes the Spirit Queen. Apart from his sister, he thinks girls are "gross" and generally refuses to interact with any of the noble children when forced to have play dates.
Powers: High spiritual power - has been sealed until he comes of age.
History/Background: It is unlikely that he will ever inherit the throne, something he is glad of because it means he has a higher chance of becoming a Shinigami.
