Hi folks!

This account might look new, but I've actually been on FanFiction for probably close to 10 years, which might qualify me for an AARP card. Either way, when I posted "Leaving Home" (Invader Zim) I did a lot of spring cleaning to start fresh.

As for interests, I obviously love Invader Zim. It might be my favorite cartoon, or at least my favorite cartoon from childhood. The comics are amazing too! As for more recent animated shows, I love Steven Universe, Regular Show, Bojack Horseman, and Bob's Burgers. And King of the Hill, even though that's not really recent.

For anime, I love Naruto (another childhood classic), My Hero Academia, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Your Lie In April, and lots of others that I can't think of right now. You know that thing that happens at birthdays and Christmas where people are like "what do you want for your birthday or Christmas" and you're sitting there like "things...what are things..."? That's what's happening to me right now.

Books! I loved the Harry Potter series, even though I was way late on the bandwagon and read them in high school when the Deathly Hallows movies were coming out. Not really fanfiction-related, but I really enjoy Haruki Murakami's work. Also, The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath? Damn.

The movie series I probably geek out the most for is Star Wars. I also love Studio Ghibli, but I tend to prefer the stories that are more grounded in reality like "The Wind Rises" and "When Marnie Was There."

Last one: video games! I'm pretty much exclusively a Nintendo girl. Recent games I've loved are Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Hyper Light Drifter, and Gris. I also love pretty much any of the Mario games (especially Super Mario World and Super Mario Sunshine), F-Zero, and Earthworm Jim. Also, even though it's not Nintendo, Journey. Need a good cry?
