Hello. My name is Laura. I'm a college student. My soul is currently owned by combination internship/classes. I'm around here somewhere, probably trapped under a large pile of books and a schedule that reads like a bad movie script.

In case anyone is wondering about my life (or lack thereof), it still sucks. My internship owns my life, my classes are hard or harder, and I'm getting a part-time job on top of that because apparently, money is required for things like staying alive. Who would have thought?

Also, just to add a bit of spice to the life's-a-bitch theme I've got going on, I recently found out on accident that I have a blood disorder. I haven't been diagnosed with a specific condition yet because they still don't know what it is, but the fact remains that my body is just not happy unless I have five million things wrong with me at any given point. -_-. Anyway, it's nothing life threatening but depending on what they find out it could turn into something annoying ... but as it stands, as long as I don't get a head injury I'll probably be okay. If I get a head injury, I will bleed to death on the inside. Pleasant thought, isn't it?

So that's my life right now. I'm still writing, sporadically, whenever I have the time and inspiration to do so. Unfortunately, getting those two factors to align is like wrestling a rabid wolf into submission. But I try, because I think if I completely stopped writing my head would implode. You fellow writers know what I mean. Anyway. I just want to say thanks to all the great readers and writers out there. You all rock in ways you don't even realize.
