"He'll try to destroy the Enterprise?" McCoy asked, shaking his head, trying to clear his thoughts. These touches were mesmerizing! He tried to concentrate on something else, anything, but the touch of her fingers on his. "He's on his own. Surely, he can't take on a whole starship, can he?" She laughed quietly, deep in her throat. "He's a Tal Shiar agent." Sequel to Gluttony

"Doctor! We must leave now, or we, you and I, will die!" Spock was actually reasoning with him, but McCoy sensed he was only half a rational thought away from being nerve-pinched to unconsciousness. And Spock was a very rational guy.

"Where's the doctor?" Tamulok asked coarsely. "Dead," Kirk said automatically. Now, the good news was they had found Tamulok. The bad news was - well, obvious.

"What did you do?" Kirk tensed. Surely, Spock - it - knew it had been caught? "Kill Dr. McCoy," Spock said matter-of-factly looking directly at Jim.

"Spock! What the hell happened to him?" Kirk exclaimed, kneeling down beside them and putting a hand on Bones' uninjured shoulder. "N-no!" McCoy almost screamed, trying to crawl under Spock's skin, twisting his uniform in his fist.
