FAQ - I have been inactive for a long time now but I still get many messages. So here's the answers to the most common (current as of March 2016).

Q. Can I use this [story idea] [story format idea] [prompt] [character] of yours and expand it with my own characters/ideas/in my own fandom if I give you credit?

Yes, absolutely. Feel free to do so. If it's something that's very obviously mine, I will ask for credit but if it's a general idea, just use it. We're all using someone's idea, after all.

Q. Can you please give me a summary of the chapter in Straight Camp that's self-harm triggering?

I can't message you one, but I can tell you it basically summarizes Jeff's past and present struggles with self harm, goes into a reasonable amount of detail and is a trigger warning for suicide as well. Just please be careful if you're going to read it and think it may be a problem.

Q. Can I translate your work?

If you can't find a translation of it in your language already, absolutely. Just shoot me a message letting me know that you're doing it (I'll try to reply but I don't check them all that often). I know that there's a huge French translation team who do very good work and I know there's also been a German translation of a couple of things, but I don't know anything else off the top of my head. But as long as I'm credited as the original author, it's totally cool.

Q. Can you write this [prompt]?

Sorry but I am completely inactive in the Glee fandom. If you want to read more of my work in other fandoms, head over to sarahsficarchive on Tumblr and it'll tell you if I'm currently writing in a fandom and have links to everything I've written over the past six or so years.

Q. What does TGTDOSBDK mean?

This is a phrase used in Kiss and stands for 'They Got Together During Original Song But Didn't Kiss' which refers to prompts that took place after the Original Song episode but ignored the kiss in that episode so I could write the prompt.

Q. What happened to [story]?

I culled a lot of my stories a little while back, only leaving the ones I'm particularly proud of. If you're desperate to read a certain story, PM me an email address and the title (or a description if you can't remember) and I'll send it to you (unless this leads to people putting stories of mine up as their own, in which case you will be reported and I will stop sharing).

Q. Someone copied your story, what should I do?

A. Report it. I appreciate it immensely. I'll check it out if you send me a link and report it myself as well.

Q. Why didn't you reply to my message?

I'm sorry, but it's extremely difficult for me to keep up with messages on here, especially since many of them are just asking for prompts or wanting to have a chat about nothing in particular. I love chatting with you and hearing from you, but I just don't have the time anymore. So I'm really sorry and please don't be offended if you don't hear back from me.
