Wow, I've been absent a long time...it's weird seeing this "new" format! Real life and grad school pulled off a successful coup d'etat on my mental faculties. :T Then I got distracted by too many other fandoms like Naruto, One Piece and Death Note. Short attention spans are hazardous to one's health! That's why I usually try to stick to one shots, but unfortunately, I'm almost incapable of keeping stories from spawning. Because isn't that what good stories do? :)

The good news is that I finally know how I want Felis Catus to continue - after writing myself into a literal corner - and the chapters are blocked out...the bad news is that I haven't yet motivated myself to write it yet. :) Mostly because I feel in part that it will sound a lot different than before because I'll have to revisit an old writing style and need to put myself in the proper frame of mind. :) But I'll try my best to, especially now that summer is here and teaching duties are done for now! Thank you to everyone who has continued to read Felis Catus and send me reviews reminding me (with a stab of guilt) that dangit - I really should finish it already.
