![]() Author has written 18 stories for Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's, Tales of the Abyss, Naruto, Tales of Symphonia, and Tales of Vesperia. Edit Profile: Last Updated: 05-28-2018 06-08-2019: ...Okay. Once a year it is, I guess. -sighs- Personal Section Name: Call me Kairi, Kyrie, Twilight, or Twifyre. I go by Twilight PhoenixFyre or Twifyre everywhere now, anyway... (Or Aeon Reighn on the main NaNo site, but that's the exception.) Age: 23 (December 7th birthday) Gender: Female Notes: I'm currently working full-time for the state as a temp, and I'm really bad at focusing on any single story for any amount of time. I also tend to feel really guilty when I don't update in a while. To that end, I have forced myself to post only completed stories or (in the case of the Before the Guardians series (Ripples/Lights Trilogies)) after I've built up a good number of pre-written chapters. Hopefully this will allow me to avoid having to go on long hiatuses on my active stories. That said, I am fully aware that I have a number of incomplete stories just sitting around collecting dust. The worst offenders being Shadows in a Nebula, Beetles and Bats, Sunadokei, Hope Flies, and Idomura. Two of those are Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's stories, and until I can find someplace to watch the series again, none of my YGO!5D's stories are going anywhere. The other three are Naruto stories. One needs a complete overhaul of what I have so far written (Beetles and Bats), one needs some serious editing (Idomura), and the third (Sunadokei) is stalled because, quite frankly, I can't make up my mind if I want to keep the canon teams plus the OC team, or mix them all up. Those three are also competing with a number of other Naruto stories. And ALL of my back-burner stories are competing with a rather particular set of monster-lengthed fics. Namely A Dying Light, Nocturne: Twisted, Angelus, Demon Lord: Rise of a New Order, and Outcasts Among Outcasts. So yeah... Clearly my priorities are elsewhere. But I am determined to get to them eventually! ...As well as add more chapters to Colored Ripples. And do the rest of the side-stories and everything for that series... Hrg. So much to do, so little time... Updating Lights Trilogy Book 1: A Dying Light Angelic Reset: Book 2 - Broken Sword Jade and the Hellhound Lost Souls: Vesperia Nocturne: Twisted Colored Ripples Echoing Ripples A Bucket of Coals Artwork / Other I'm Twilight-PhoenixFyre over on DeviantART (if you search for Tataroo Valley, Take 2, you'll find me real fast) and Twilight_PhoenixFyre on AO3. I'm hoping to move mostly onto AO3 pretty soon, mostly because artwork, links, etc. That said, at the moment, I'm still trying to post Re:AST. I'm also working on some interactive stuff. Links to those things will be posted either on DeviantART, AO3, or both, so it really may be best to go find me over on those sites. In Development Crystal Origins: (Tales of Symphonia, M / Book 1 of the Crystals Series) Admittedly, her life was pretty good. Roof over her head, friends, and more than enough time to pursue her hobbies... But there was always something missing. Because Kairi Kitari remembered Haden, remembered her home... And while Kiara seemed happy enough with the mundane life they led now, Kitsuna was already gone. Kairi was sick of sitting around... Tashinaka was willing to get her out. The More Things Change: (Transformers, M / Book 1 of the Changes Trilogy) One medic, hiding somewhere he really shouldn't have been. One Seeker, trying to get away from those fragging annoying twins that kept jumping on his wings. One sparkling, desperately trying to escape the destruction. One change, to twist everything until it was no longer recognizable... and maybe save their race. Demon Lord: Rise of a New Order: (Tales of Symphonia, T) Demons were evil. They were the darkness, the destruction, all that was wrong with the world. They backed the Desians, they killed the Angels, and the last thing anyone wanted was to be turned into one. Except... Xero wasn't evil. Tired, terrified for his people, desperate as they ran out of time, and more than a little apologetic for condemning a half-Angel to the long, painful transformation required to become the Demon Lord, but he wasn't evil. And... Lloyd could only hope that meant he wasn't, either. He'd hate for Colette to have to kill him... or worse, for him to have to kill her. Kaisei: (Kingdom Hearts, T) Black, gray, and the black-streaked silver that found the middle ground between them. They were young, so very young, but they'd seen the darkness and the light, they'd seen the destruction left in the wake of both, and they'd managed to relight the spark of hope in the few survivors that dared try to train them. Maybe... just maybe... The three of them would be able to succeed where Riku, Roxas, and Mickey had long since failed. And maybe this time... Sora would live long enough to get to meet Riku's daughter. Mechanical Hearts: (Transformers-MCU x-over, T) Tony Stark was not an only child. Howard Stark's only human child, yes, but Steve Rogers remembered a little mechanical girl who had called him 'uncle' and Peggy 'aunt' and Chester 'gramps' and Howard 'daddy'. He didn't care if there was an alien invading the Earth. Okay, maybe he did, a little. But as soon as Loki was dealt with, finding Angel Stark was going to be his number one priority... though he's still a bit iffy on recruiting help from the aliens that came to Earth years prior to destroy the very AllSpark that had created her. Angelic Reset: Book 2 - Broken Sword: (Tales of Phantasia-Symphonia x-over, T) At the age of twenty, Cress Albane had some rather simple goals: rebuild Totis into the City of Miguel, be a loving husband to his wife, and help his best friend keep his sanity despite his wife's antics (a task easier said than done, as Arche seemed determined to never actually grow up). So to be contacted one morning by none other than Origin, whose Eternal Sword the man still carried, was a bit of surprise. He hadn't planned on traveling backwards through time two hundred years, hadn't planned on meeting a clearly-defeated angel, hadn't planned on sympathizing with the man who introduced himself simply as Lloyd. And when Cress couldn't bring himself to kill the broken brunette, Origin presented him with a Cruxis Crystal... because Lloyd had been alone for far too long. LOOKING FOR A BETA-READER! Junkyard Bots: (Transformers, M) The honor of first contact didn't belong to Bumblebee. It belonged instead to a team of Autobots who had crash-landed on Earth entirely by mistake. A story of five Autobots, five humans, the schism that tore them apart... and the battle for survival that brought them back together. Phoenix's Beginnings: (MCU/Avengers, T / Book 1 of the Phoenix Series) Steve Rogers wasn't the greatest with women. But, and don't hold him to this, he was pretty sure that redhead running through the camp in Europe was named Phyllis Caroll, not Carol Phillips. He was also pretty sure that she'd been Dr. Erskine's assistant, not a soldier (since when were women allowed to fight, anyway?). And she sure as heck didn't look old enough to be his older sister, let along Colonel Phillips' older sister. Not that she was sticking around to give anyone any answers. Code: Mutant (Working title): (Code: Lyoko, T / Book 1 of the Mutants Series) Jeremie Belpois was hallucinating. That was the only explanation for the perfect copy of him sitting across from him. Except, then that 'perfect copy' spoke. And vanished. And came back looking very different, with a friend named William Dunbar and an odd fascination with Sissi Delmas. Oh, and apparently his--their--parents were fully aware of what was going on. Good for them. Jeremie was still trying to figure it out. Angelus: (Harry Potter, T / Er, whole series. Individual books still don't have their own names) One tiny decision, made by a frustrated third-year Slytherin, brings a new player into the story. And Aria Silversoul wasn't human. Severus Snape was willing to live with that... Although their twin daughters may yet manage to change his mind, regardless of the fact that it's far too late to be regretting decisions. The Gray Areas: (Pokémon, T / Book 2 chronologically, but suggested read 1) Shyva was always the walking contradiction. A veritable genius, but more than a bit lazy. An excellent leader, who preferred to follow. A girl who loved with all her heart, but who was unable to keep breaking herself. Angel worried about her often. And he didn't know the half of it. Outcasts Among Outcasts: (Descendants, M / Er... again, this actually refers to the whole series) Cast aside, ignored, feared, hated... They were the ones no one remembered, the ones who had given up all hope of seeing the shining light at the end of the tunnel. But amidst the loneliness, the guilt, the fear, the rage... There was love. And love was what made the ties that bind. Okay... I give up for now. (FYI, I lost 80% of this when my browser froze and had to re-do it, so... not as good as I'd meant to do. I'll probably be updating it as I get the motivation back.) |
