4. I've done some story writing before and I took a course in creative prose fiction but I make no claim to being a good writer.

7. I read way to much Harry potter fan fiction, but I dislike canon

9.Just a small rant about clothing in Harry Potter. The idea that wizards and witches wouldn't know how to dress in the muggle world is preposterous. Even assuming that they always wore robes when in the wizarding world, the fact is that they would have at some point come across muggleborn witches or wizards, and it seems unlikely that in spending 7 years in a boarding school with many muggleborns in it that pure-bloods wouldn't notice them wearing casual clothing. Now unless they were brain dead, the two lumps next to Malfoy come to mind, they should be able to recognize male and female clothing in the most general sense. So all the crap about them not dressing properly seems stupid to me. I make a small exception to the world cup in that they could be drunk

update (6/17/13): Wow, I can't believe its been so long since I've actually updated anything on this site. I'm so sorry to all my readers who enjoyed my story. At the moment the story is indeed on hiatus as many of you probably either suspected or are no longer concerned about this story (A relatively common occurrence in fanfiction anyway). I will only say that my life went to shit for a rather long period of time and I lost track of the story I was writing. I will be re-reading the story too see if I can salvage it or not.

Update (8/11/14): HAHAHA wow I'm so full of baloney (I'm safe for kids people...at least in my profile). I'm sorry I never got around to deciding if my story Harry and Paracelsus's Pearl was discontinued or not. This is my official word. While I can't say that I will never again write another chapter for this story. It's relatively safe to assume that I've abandoned it. While I have continued writing fanfics I've never bothered to post another story as I realized that unless I actually complete a story it's not really worth sharing (at least that's how I feel). That does not mean to say I didn't enjoy all those lovely reviews you guys sent me for my story. I truly did, but I also know the frustration of reading an incomplete work and wondering if the author will ever complete the story. Now it's up to you guys to check my authors profile to get this notification as I will not be bothering to actually update the summary haha. If anyone is interested in adopting the story, have at it. I have no notes for it, but I do have the original Docx file with all chapters which I have randomly over the years since I've posted corrected the various grammar mistakes I caught as I re-read it. If you want those just send me a PM.
