Author has written 4 stories for Pokémon, Magic Kaito/まじっく快斗, and Atelier Annie. Hey Guys, Let's keep this brief. - I'm a girl - I'm currently 17 and study English Literature at school (just so you know) - I'm Asian Interests: Hanging out with friends, listening to music, youtube, flirting, reading manga and playing games (the latter is sort of a secret to everyone in my society). Basically I'm kinda like a closet otaku but otaku is such a strong word because I'm not obsessive. I really love writing stories and such, it lets me get my creativity out and I get to put all my cute, little fantasies about my OTPs on paper (on Microsoft Word in this case). I also like it when people review my work because it makes me feel that people are actually happy and enjoy to read them. Dislikes: Racist/mean/conceited/backstabbing people (then again, does anyone?), insects, heights, ghosts (but strangely enough I still watch horror movies at my own will and spend the next week or so sleep deprived). I also hate it when a game/anime/manga I read has a yaoi pairing in it, sure yaoi is nice and all at times but when your favourite characters are getting it on...feels kinda weird. For example: I really love Leaf and Green together in Pokemon so when I see RedxGreen stuff everywhere...kinda puts me off (yeah rant done). Favourite Pairings (the ones that I'd be willing to write about anyway) - Aera x Ryouga: Summon Night - Swordcraft Story 2 - Leaf x Green: Pokemon (Fire Red Game) - Touko x N: Pokemon (Black and White) - Kotone x Silver: Pokemon (Heart Gold + Soul Silver) - Hikari x Jun: Pokemon (Diamond, Pearl and Platinum) - Nakamori Aoko x Kuroba Kaito: Kaito Kid - Hungary x Prussia: Hetalia Yeah, yeah I know. They're mostly Pokemon couples but still I find them cute. Rather than the couples in animes or manga who's destinies are already predeterminded by their author or script writer, a game has much more freedom. As in, it doesn't restrict the imagination. That's why I love writing about Pokemon couples (in games) so much because I can let my imagination and creativity run wild. I mean not to say you can't do that with anime or manga, but just imagine. I'll take a cliche one: Naruto. Sasuke will NEVER get it on with Naruto nor will he with Sakura. It's a shounen manga/anime for guys. It is not a shounen-ai or yaoi manga targeted at sexually frustrated teenage girls. Therefore it's just so hard to actually SEE these couples ever happening but in games, there are a lot of gaps and silences that allows the player to interpret what the characters are feeling. Also if these girls were to actually see what yaoi looks like in real life (AKA gay porn) I assure you...they won't be thinking it's so hot and NO I do not watch gay porn but I imagine it will be gross. Well, that's my little rant :) |
