I am very new to writing fan fics. As it happens I don't watch a lot of TV but there is a small number of shows that I love to bits, even years after they originally aired. I prefer shows where the action is secondary to relationships and I like social satire. If I don't care for the characters I won't be interested in the plot and I won't stay with a show. I know it doesn't happen anymore but I used to love the feeling of "What's going to happen next? I can't wait until Thursday night!".
