Author has written 14 stories for Fairy Tales, Pokémon, and Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir. Righty-ho, I have cleaned up the profile and left the old story notes as they are cause I didn't have the heart to cut them out. Meh, I wrote them quite a while ago, don't read them unless you want to hurt your eyes. But anyway, Miraculous Ladybug has sparked my motivation to write fanfics again so yeah. I'm writing romance. Wow, what a surprise. There's one thing I regret from my previous experience on and that's not being interactive enough with my reviewers. This time around, I'll try to be more responsive (at least, with reviews that are more than just something like 'update soon') but I'll be a lot more active on Tumblr as dalollipopgal I'll be doing drabbles and oneshots as warm ups before I really sink my teeth into a multi-chapter fic. (I used to be Sandy Star, but I changed it to fit with my other pseudonym) Stuff about my stories (in order of publication, oldest to newest): Joy's Unhappiness A story inspired by Cat-skin. There are many different versions of this fairy tale out there but I used the book I borrowed from the library as reference. This was my first story that I posted on FanFiction. It was originally intended for it to be a oneshot but how can Joy get a happy ending in a oneshot? I pondered on this and decided to extend it. Just to say, I have nothing against incest (Okay maybe I should, but when it's fiction it not too bad... Yeah, so I'm messed up in the head XP). Joy really doesn't like her Father romantically. To be honest, this story wasn't very well planned. It will probably be completely rewritten in the future. At least, I have learned my lesson that bad organizing means a bad story! The Prince and the Bear Very little to do with the story above but it has Arryn! Figured I might want to explain the inside joke between royalty shown in chapter 4. Little princes were taught to actually be nice and charming to others or else they will end up like Prince Charming! No one wants that! Warning: Annoying little princes and absolute madness. The Golden Goose I just thought this story was a nice change from the norm but I had to wonder what the little man wanted. A sort of prequel to the more exciting things that happen in the fairy tale (like the forced conga line XD) but you might have to read the original fairytale if you want to know what happens there. Doesn't follow the original entirely. The Lioness's Pride A sequel to the above 'The Golden Goose' and what happens after the original fairytale. When I first thought of this story, I was just feeling mad that the princess didn't have a say in who she was getting married to and it implied that she was forced to marry him anyway. It was unjust and I wanted to give a happier ending. It isn't a romance because Charlene was only beginning to accept Thomas and it is left to the reader's imagination whether she falls in love with him in the future or not. But in my head, Thomas has had a huge crush on Charlene ever since he first heard her laugh ;D I've had requests to make a sequel/extend it, at least more than I'm used to. While I liked the story at the time, in the present, I'm tired of writing romances and stories set in the medieval times. I'm craving modern speech and slang! Something a little more childish and fluffy! Sorry guys. Maybe I'll have the inspiration to continue it when I meet my very own Thomas! The Third Challenger My first Pokémon fanfic. I wondered what it would be like to shove a fan from our world into the Pokémon World and so this fic was born! It was inspired by many of the OC-insert stories in the Naruto section. As I may have mentioned in the prologue, I hadn't discovered Sethera's story until I had already written up the first chapter, so it's not the most unique story out there, like I thought it would be. Nevertheless, I'm going for it. Edit 24/01/15: This will be discontinued as I have lost my drive to continue it. Bad, I know. It was far too ambitious to finish and gosh it's a waste after all the foreshadowing I tried to dump in it. But I will be doing a shorter, more compressed version of it, probably three-chapters long, when I get into Pokémon again. Which will happen. It's inevitable. No one can escape from Pokémon. |
