If you read my fiction, please write a review and tell me what you thought. But please, no flames. Constructive criticism is encouraged and appreciated. If you don't like slash...DO NOT READ IT! I'm not forcing you to read it so, please, don't be openly hostile because you feel your opinion is superior to mine. Slash does mean SAME sex pairings involved in a sexual relationship --as in male/male (i.e. Seth/Ryan) or female/female. If you are aware of this and choose to read a piece of my fiction that is labelled as such, I will make no apologies for the fact that you had to read “disgusting” or “immoral” material. I happen to believe there is nothing wrong with being homosexual and it’s a shame not everyone feels the same, but I respect others’ opinions and I expect to be respected in the same way. That means, do not leave me a review just to gripe at me at how gross something is. There is a difference between stating your opinion and being down right rude. I don’t believe in censoring my characters. Having said that, I don’t always have the same opinions as my characters either. I don't think anyone should ever limit themselves when writing. Things to live by: -Once you know the rules of fiction...break them all! -Language and words are meant to be played with. -Double entendres are staples and should be used often. ;) -You can never use the word AND too much. -Censoring is bad. -Don't take yourself too seriously. -Writing is supposed to be fun -don't forget that. -Be humble. -Everyday try to learn something new. -Do not be ignorant. ~I am Canadian!~ |
