About Me: I am a girl with a passionate love for writing. I am a complete head-over-heels hopeless romantic, the kind that believes in love where it's impossible. 90% of my stories are love stories. Very few will ever end with anything but a happy ending - of course, they're lucky just to end most of the time. I am a very uncommitted writer. I have practically abandoned all hope of ever publishing a novel. My attention span is just too short. My longest story is only 18 handwritten pages, wide ruled, and I write large. I really hope to change this. (6/22/12 Note - currently, I think "Fate Has Its Own Path" is probably longer. Just saying.)

My favorite Pokémon are Eevee, Flareon, Umbreon, Vulpix, Ponyta, Dragonair, Mew, Flygon, Suicune, Liepard, Zebstrika, Joltik, and Skitty. It's safe to say I like fire types best, with dark and electric coming up close seconds. I started with (in order of the games I have played) Charmander, Grovyle, Tepig, Cyndaquil, and Piplup. I currently play Black and SoulSilver, having (sadly) given my FireRed and Sapphire versions to a friend years ago and set my Pearl version aside for the time being.

My Writing Strengths: Because I am an artist, I see things very visually and very vividly in my mind. I am observant; I notice little things. This comes out in my writing as bright imagery that I truly pride myself in. Also, I hold my spelling and grammar to an extreme standard. Not that anything can't be improved upon; I have flaws!

My Writing Weaknesses: I tend to write things from a very static character's point of view. My characters all seem very similar unless they are radically different. I have a hard time establishing subtle differences in these characters. I also find it difficult to keep characters true to themselves- even in fanfics, they say and do what I want them to when I want them to, no questions asked! This is something I hope writing fanfics will improve upon.

My Hobbies Include: drawing, reading, writing, riding horses, painting model animals, and just surfing the web.

I Love To Write Fanfics About: The Hunger Games, Pokémon (currently the only thing published), Spirit SOTC, Warriors series, a little Kim Possible and ... Nothing much else. Please review my fanfics and tell me what you think! I love to get and give feedback, and I will certainly review a story of yours if it includes an interest of mine.

I Love: cats, horses, THG, Katniss x Peeta, Pokémon, Misty X Ash, being nice, helpfulness.

I Hate: Twilight. With a passion. Don't even bring it up around me.

Pet Peeves: Very blatantly improper grammar/spelling (meaning more than a typo). I cannot stress this enough! Proofread, people, or get someone to do it for you!

Where do I stand on Misty's eye color? Green or blue?

I've seen Misty's eyes described as both. Personally, I've seen how the anime and official art of her switches between a cerulean blue and rather tealish to emerald green, and here's my theory: she had blue eyes when she was younger, and as she grew up, they turned green. When we see her in the anime, they are in the middle of changing colors, and therefore can be either. A similar thing often happens with hazel eyes, which switch between brown and green. The theory is actually probable and realistic without getting anime physics involved.

I've mentioned in a few stories (which may or may not be published) her eye color from Ash's point of view, and he'll generally explain it. When I write with her as an adult, they're fully an emerald green, but if she's younger, they'll be a swirl of green and blue, essentially.

This is where Alison's teal eyes and Alec's blue eyes come from. Alec's, however, do not turn green as he gets older.

I just made that WAY too complicated...

Alison Mariam Ketchum:

Ash and Misty's first daughter. 5 years older than Faith, 7 years older than Alec and Mady.

Black hair with orange streak that she keeps in a high ponytail; teal eyes. Marks similar (but not quite like) Ash's under her eyes.

Quiet, calm, brave, generally optimistic. Takes after her father's eagerness, and her mother's quiet determination.

Started with an Eevee. Wants to be Top Coordinator. Likes grass types.

Faith Cyanne Ketchum:

Ash and Misty's second daughter. 5 years younger than Alison, 2 years older than Alec and Mady.

Black hair with orange tips that she keeps shoulder-length; copper eyes.

Girly, rather rash, enthusiastic. Takes after her father's do-before-thinking nature and her mother's manipulative side.

Started with a Pichu. Wants to be a Pokémon Stylist and potentially Breeder. Likes electric types.

Madelyn Desiree Ketchum:

Ash and Misty's third daughter. 7 years younger than Alison, 2 years younger than Faith, Alec's twin.

Dark red-brown hair (about the shade of Delia's) that she keeps braided with thick bangs. Dark green eyes. (Essentially Misty, if her colors were darkened).

Fiery, hotheaded, fiercely determined, curious. Takes after her mother's easily-angered nature and levelheadedness, with her father's will to take on any challenge.

Started with a Charmander. Wants to be a Pokémon master. Likes fire types.

Alec (Devon?) Ketchum:

Ash and Misty's fourth child and only son. 7 years younger than Alison, 2 years younger than Faith, Mady's twin. (I am currently debating changing his middle name; maybe Payton?)

Black hair that is straighter than Ash's but generally just as messy; cerulean eyes like Misty's before they changed color.

Relaxed, chill, a thinker, gentle and sweet. Has his father's desire to be great and easygoing temper with his mother's problem solving nature.

Started with a Squirtle. Wants to be a Gym Leader and Breeder on the side. Likes water types.

Random THG Stuff: my favorite characters are Prim, Peeta, Rue, and Katniss (in that order). My least favorite is Snow. I cried when Rue died. I burst into tears at the very end when the bombs went off into the children and... I wont spoil it for you. And the epilogue of "Mockingjay" made me fuzzy. And I've seen the movie. I loved it. I now own it on DVD.
