Hello, all.

I like a lot of fandoms, including Legend of Zelda, Supernatural, old-school Digimon (Adventure, 02, and Tamers), Warriors (Warrior Cats), Danny Phantom, Tales of Symphonia, Kingdom Hearts, Fullmetal Alchemist, Code Geass, Sailor Moon, South Park, Invader ZIM, Avatar: the Last Airbender, and probably plenty of others. I flit around a lot. I also tend to lurk. I adore writing, reading, and talking out stories with other authors. Need to bounce ideas? Awesome, my imagination is ready. Roleplay is also fun, and I have no limits. Hey, don't look at me like that, I am a mature young adult -- graduated from college and ready to make my impact on the world. (Yes, run scared.) Fandom is a side hobby, and I'm warning you now that my adult tastes shine through.

I'm pretty open when it comes to pairings, but I do have my preferences. I tend to slant towards slash/boy love, like a majority of users on here. I'm not an unreasonable rabid fangirl, though, and if slash is not your cup of tea, let's talk het, femmeslash, or whatever else. My ships are wide, varied, and may change without notice. I usually obsess over one or two main pairings at a time while still liking others in the background. I won't jump down your throat if you prefer other ships or fandom theories or head-canon or anything else; just please extend me the same courtesy. Internet drama, especially over fictional characters, isn't really worth it. Heated but respectful debates focused on expanding ideas are always fun, though!

Besides romance-y stories, I tend to go for family plots. I love when there's a focus on family fluff, family drama, family members finding out the main character's secrets, what-have-you. Familial relationships tend to draw my attention more than pairings, to be honest. Sometimes there's overlap (like Wincest) but I quite often enjoy family bonding minus any sex. That sentence sounds so weird, but in my defense, this is the Internet and yes, I have to clarify. xD

I also enjoy crack!humor and wtf!disbelief out-there fics. I'm looking at you, Morpha.

More than anything, I enjoy reveal fics in any form.

The penname is based on the Warriors name format, but was inspired by Sheik from LoZ: Ocarina of Time. Sheikah, shadow folk, you know. And Sheik does kind of stalk Link. So that's where I was going with that -- Shadow-stalk. But then you can also read it as shadows-talk, and see, that's such a deliciously creepy thing to think. I amuse myself more than I should. Yayyy for double meaning possibilities. xD
