Author has written 4 stories for Doctor Who, Lord of the Rings, Sherlock, Outsiders, 1983, and Avengers. I don't really know what to put on my profile, so I'll just put a list of my favorites, and maybe an explanation for some of them :) Favorite Color: Purple Favorite Band: Family Force 5 This isn't you're average "this-band-makes-good-music" love. I actually hated their music at first. There was no pattern, and each song sounded as if it was made by a band from a different genre. That confused me. Then, I started watching their vlogs, and realized that the chaos in their music was beyond respectable. These men are, in short, chaotic. They are goofy, funloving, and not afraid to be real. Their YouTube mini-series "The Really Real Show" often depicts accounts of the boys on their worst behavior. They're okay with showing this side of themselves because, at the end of the day, they truly do love each other, and truly are a family. Their chaotic sound is simply the melody of five men so devoted to what they do that their personality breaks through in every way possible. That's why I love their music. Favorite Rapper: Lecrae Lecrae was the first Christian hip-hop artist I ever heard. The first time I heard him rap was at the end of the song "Keep Changing the World" by MIKESCHAIR. Later on, I heard his song Just Like You. Then, I seen him in concert at the Rock and Worship Roadshow, and heard more of his songs, but more importantly realized how open he is about his love for Jesus. I respect this man, and he will always be my favorite rapper. Favorite Song: Jumping the Gun by: Hyland/World on Fire by: Trading Yesterday Favorite Movie: The Avengers 'Nuff said. Favorite Superhero: Captain America I love Steve Roger's story. He was just a kid from Brooklyn who didn't like bullies, and was given an opportunity that quite literally changed his life by a man who had no obligation whatsoever to him. He then took his newfound power and used it as a tribute to the man who'd given it to him, and though somewhat (justifiably) bitter, he never loses sight of who he is, why he's that way, and where he came from. Favorite Villains: Loki and Jim Moriarty from BBC's "Sherlock" Is it weird to have a favorite villain? Loki and Jim Moriarty actually have quite a bit in common, I think. They both have fun being the villain. By which I mean they're not stony and dark. Rather, they're upbeat and fun to watch. Favorite Book: The Guardian by Robbie Cheuvront and Erik Reed/Once Upon A Marigold by Jean Ferris The Guardian is about a scroll mentioned only once in the book of Revelation. From this, Cheuvront and Reed devised an entire story which included mystery, comedy, action, intrigue, suspense, drama, and romance. Definitely a must read! Once Upon A Marigold is... well, it's awesome, and you'll have to read it for yourself. |
