Author has written 19 stories for Skip Beat!.
I'm a Skip Beat! fan, but you probably guessed that. This cute couple inspires me an infinity of stories, they are sweet, funny, sexy... so many possibilities! And the best thing is, the manga version will be even better.
Little warning about my "style" (some people might not like it) :
The reason I love storytelling, is that it is something universal since the dawn of human times. We hear stories since we are born, we tell stories all the time, and people did that dozens of thousand years ago. They allow us to share our convictions and our emotions. I also like the fact that every person reading every story makes every read unique. A story is the result of a reader meeting a writer, and no two authors will write the same story, but no two readers will read it the same way either. Reading a story, as much as writing it is an expression of who we are.
I think storytelling isn't only about what direction you take the story to (what happens) but also the way you say it, that allows to add imperceptible things and create more emotions for the readers. So I like to experiment with writing, and once I have an idea I like, I concentrate more on the way I want to tell it (how many words and chapters, different "parts" of the story and how they respond to each other, what point of view, that sort of stuff), it's kind of how you write a song with verses and chorus. Anyway, I realize it probably doesn't show, and maybe I'm waisting my time, but this is my process, and it explains that sometimes, the story escapes me. Sometimes I fail to deliver an ending or developments that is satisfactory for most people.
I'm writing this paragraph here cause I used to say it in my stories, but it makes the "author's notes" half as long as the chapters! So once and for all, please forgive me if you were disappointed with my chapters, but please believe me, they are all the result of a lot of thoughts and I can't see it any different. I like to write my stories as a whole, so I assure you, when I share them, they are the only way they are going to be.
I also want to give my thanks to all those who supported me and told me what they thought, good or bad. Everyone always says such interesting things. Sometimes the chapters are received the way I expected, but I'm also often surprised with what caught people's attention. In any case, feedback helps me figure out when I'm doing good or when I'm failing, it helps me try and improve.
Talking about improving, I'm open to having a Beta. Contact me if you are interested in helping for my next stories.
And now, feel free to read, hope you'll enjoy :)
