Hi there.

It's been a while since I've been here... wow.

I've had an interesting few years, but I'm sorry to say that writing got really tough for me for a bit.

Now that I'm back to a place in my life that I'm ok with though, that incessant tickling to write has come back, and come back strong.

Let's talk a bit about what I've got in the works, and what plans I have for the near future.

In Progress:

This will be news about on-going works.

Chariot Ascendant: This is the series of drabbles that marked my return to the site, and the plan here is to write 100-word drabbles on a somewhat daily basis. I began the project with a 30-day challenge, and it's grown to quit a bit more than that. Should I happen to create something that's a bit longer than my 100 word limit and I consider it worthy, then I'm giving it to you as an extra chapter in the story. Anything that starts to balloon beyond 500 or so words will probably get its own proper entry, and knowing the way I write, it's more likely to happen than not.

On the Boiler:

This is where I'm just going to talk about possible ideas I have for future stories or possible updates for my older pieces.

As it stands, I'm keeping myself mostly contained to writing for Chariot Ascendant. I don't like making promises and not keeping them, as I've done in the past on this site, so that's where the majority of my effort is being placed. That being said, I've been mulling over a few larger pieces of fiction, as well as updates to my Naruto fic Always Sakura, which would probably take the form of another chapter or two inspired by Billy Joel songs.

The Dragon Prince: Like most of the internet, it seems, I've gotten caught up in Netflix's The Dragon Prince, and I'm mulling trying my hand at a series of one-shots, or maybe another drabble/flash fiction series focused on Callum and Rayla, similar to Chariot Ascendant. We'll see where this goes.

Persona 4 One-Shots: Let's face it, this is always going to be a possibility with the way I write. Sometimes, my ideas for little stories turn out a lot longer than I anticipate, and then I give them to you, so keep an eye open, and I'll usually include some news about new pieces in any updates I make to Chariot Ascendant.

Persona 4/??? Crossover: I had my "Eureka" moment today for this story. Or at least... I've completely visualized the first chapter and what it will be. This project will be a substantial undertaking when I decide to finally start it, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't terrified of it. I don't want to bite off more than I can chew right now, so I'll maybe begin working on it a bit at a time. I will let you know here if I do begin in earnest, and/or what progress is being made on it.

Always Sakura: This is something I've always got on my mind. Simply put, as soon as I find another Billy Joel song that sparks that story idea, it will be up for you to read.

Pokémon: ...I have no idea what, but I'd really like to do something with Pokémon...

As for the rest, if it isn't listed as 'complete' then there's always a chance that I will return to it in the future, but the stories I've listed above (and again, mainly Chariot Ascendant) are what I'm going to be focusing on for the foreseeable future.

So here I am again, and I can't tell you all how much I've missed it and the awesome community of people that are on this site.
