So, right now my only series on here is going to be the "Parents With a Cause" series. It's a crossover series between NCIS, Harry Potter, and House, MD, and deals mostly with family themes. Each of the stories (at least that I can foresee) will deal with one of four households: House and Wilson's household, Tony and Gibbs's household, Remus Lupin's household, or Severus Snape's household.

The idea is that Remus Lupin, Tony DiNozzo, and James Wilson are half-brothers (they share a mom, Sofia Paddington, who is now deceased). Remus grew up and married Celia Snape, Severus Snape's twin sister. Celia Snape then died giving birth to their daughter, a werewolf, whom Remus named Celia Lupin. Ever since then, Severus Snape, who didn't approve of the union between his sister and Remus but loved his sister dearly, has been supplying Remus with wolfsbane on a regular basis and occasionally helping with young Celia.

Tony DiNozzo and LJ Gibbs have been together for a number of years. They adopted Zach Tanner (the little boy from season 3, "Honor Code") after they were unable to save his father. Zach is now 11 years old and has been living with them since he was 6.

House and Wilson have been living together a couple of years but have only really become open about their situation recently.

Dumbledore, with the intention of bettering muggle-wizard relationships, is opening a sister school to Hogwarts called Heigward, where he will educate magicless children who know about magic (squibs, muggle siblings of muggleborns, etc.) The idea is to empower magicless children so that they don't feel resentful about people with magic, as well as to educate magical people about the muggle world. To that end, he has asked Tony, Gibbs, House, and Wilson to teach at Heigward, and they have all agreed for various reasons (Tony and Gibbs wanted to be nearby when Zach eventually went to Heigward; Wilson wanted the same when he and House eventually had kids, and House had been encouraged by his psychologist to get away from medicine for a while.)

Another one of Dumbledore's plans is to start a program called "Parents With a Cause" that will take orphaned or abandoned muggleborns, squibs, and muggles who know about magic, and will pair them with parents who are supportive of Heigward and everything it stands for. The parents agree to be checked via legillimency and veritaserum to ensure that they are good parents for the children, but then don't have to go through the rest of the adoption procedure by-the-book. Over time, each of the four households (House-Wilson, DiNozzo-Gibbs, Lupin, and Snape) will enter the "Parents With a Cause" program and have children therein.

This is obviously completely AU and doesn't follow any of the universes in a strictly canon way. Voldemort does not exist. Wilson is not going to die of cancer. Etc.

Just so you can be mentally prepared for this later, the families are (eventually, after some finangling) going to look like this (and I'm using birth names for clarity):

Wilson and House:

Teddy & Simon Connelly (muggleborns), Hermione Granger (muggleborn)

Severus Snape:

Brinley Grisham (squib), Harry Potter (halfblood), Liam Billows (muggle, knows about magic because he was living on the streets with Harry)

Remus Lupin:

Celia Lupin (halfblood), Fiona and Adelle Lyons (muggle and muggleborn, respectively)

Tony and Gibbs:

Zachary Tanner (muggle), Dudley Dursley (muggle, knows about magic because he lived with Harry), Ryan Guethle (muggleborn)

I'm not promising to be able to write every scenario, but if what you write gives me enough muse to churn something out, I will do so happily.
