No. I did not delete my stories. I received an Email in my inbox a few days ago that informed me that I deleted my work on this site. I DID NOT. I checked in and sure enough, my work was gone.

This is the third time this has happened to me that was not my own doing. I am now so done with this site that it's not even funny. Those of you who are loyal readers of my work can now find me on Archive of Our Own exclusively. I will not be posting anymore on this site.

I'm tired of fighting with them.

As a note, I will not be writing any additional stories in the Harry Potter universe (I have caved to peer pressure and put Harry Potter and the Gaining of Faith up on Archive of Our Own and will at the very least, see the current arc through). But Harry Potter and the Golden Ring, I think had run it's course and I wasn't enjoying it anymore. Thus I will continue the one story and that is it.

This isn't because of the rabid fanboys/fangirls or anything like that (though it is hard to stay positive when you have so many naysayers), but because I've never truly been a fan of the series. Most of my knowledge comes from the movies, homebrew roleplay and the like. I'm a firm believer of 'If you don't know the subject matter, you can't really write about it'. It's the same reason people who've never read the books shouldn't act in the movies.

So there you have it. I've written this account off and am exclusive to Ao3 now.
