RULES:

1. Names are very specific. Children are named after the thing there mom first sees. Lumen is light, ie the light coming from candles, and Situmque is dirt. They are all in latin. Names taken: Lumen (Light), Situmque (Dirt), Tenebris (Darkness), Nix (Snow), and Aecor (Sea). Surnames are also very specific, but I will determine them based on career and hair colour. They are a combination based on Latin words combined. Cal'Colam is a combination of Calculus, meaning coal (hair colour; black), and Agricolam, meaning farmer (occupation).
2. Do not submit royals or extremely rich. I accept farmers (not many), a few wealthy people, and some merchants for Fairies and Faes. Praeliators can be wealthy people. If you have an idea, message me.
3. Ages range from 13 to 19. Both female to male. Females are Fairies, while males are either a Praelia (version of a specialist) or a Fae (male version of a Fairy).
4. Hair, eyes, and skin colour all most be natural colours. Hair colours: Any shade of red, brown, black, and blonde. Note: No bright neon red or submitting all blondes. Eye colours: Any shade of blue, brown, or green. This includes hazel and anything in between. (I rhymed!) Skin colours: Any shade of white, olive, tan, black, or brown.
5. Realistic height and weight combos. No fat or anorexic characters. 5'4" and 140 lbs. is too big, just like 5'4" and 90 lbs. is too small.
6. For clothing, no combat boots/skinny jeans/leather jacket combos. Realistic clothing that people would wear normally. Not everyone is some wanna be bad ass emo chick.
7. Personalities... Not everyone is going to be a sweet yet clumsy girl everyone loves or a guy who is an extreme bad ass that makes every girl fall in love with him. No copying your personality too. Just make it realistic so it is easier to write for.
8. For relations, you can put names/personalities/appearances, but you don't have to. Just put their relationship with OC.
9. Social Ranks: Poor, Average, Wealthy
10. Occupations: Farmer, merchant, or suggestion (PM me first.)
11. Powers... Don't copy powers of original Winx.
12. Fairy Forms: Amor Alae Form (Love Wings Form - Must include a midriff top with either a pair of booty shorts or a mini-skirt along with any sort of shoes.); Leve Alae Form (Light Wings Form - Must include a midriff top with either a long skirt with slit or a pair of pants with a slit up one of the legs. No boots, need shoes though.); Venus Alae Form (Beauty Wings Form - Must include either a short dress or a long dress. No shoes.)
13. Fae Forms: Vis Alae Form (Strength Wings Form - Must include a shirt of some kind and either pants or shorts.); Umbra Alae Form (Shade Wings Form - Must be shirtless with same shorts/pants from Vis Alae Form.); Bellos Alae Form (Handsome Wings Form - Shirtless with a long jacket showing off his chest. Pants. No shoes.)

This is the form for my Dead Island fanfic. The link takes you to my forum for 'Dead Island Fanfic Information'. There you can find the form and gives you an example of how I want it filled out using Olivia.

Please fill out all the spaces, unless stated optional, then they [the spaces] are, obviously, optional to fill. No random names or personality. These people are trying to survive, so they cannot be some clumsy bimbo who doesn't know which/ way to hold a gun. It won't work. Also, no complete bad-asses who wear skinny jeans and combat boots and know how to use every type of weapon.

Age range from 5 to 10 and 17 to 25. If submitting 5 to 10 year olds, please submit an older character to help them too. I may not accept them otherwise or I may pair them with another character you may not like.)

BTW, for those people who may have noticed, and for those who didn't, the prologue was based on the trailer for Dead Island. I loved the trailer so much that this popped into my head. I also enjoyed Tobuscus's version of it.
