This story is my take on how Agent 13/Sharon Carter should have been portrayed in the movies, had the writers stuck to their original plans and scripts that gave her the main female role in the CA movies rather than piecemealing it off on other female characters. This fic revisits the movies, as well as portrays some original storyline to fill in the gaps, all the way up to Endgame

The writers and directors of the MCU can't seem to agree whether Steve went back to an alternative timeline or the primary one. Most fics seem to go with the idea that he went to an alternative one. I did not like how Endgame ended. Steve leaving everyone behind, never looking back when Thor and Tony got to have conversations with their loved ones but return didn't make sense. After 2 movies of setting Sharon Carter up as the love interest, & 2 seasons of Agent Carter showing Peggy moving on, it just didn't seem right. This story fixes that. Steve/Peggy, eventual Steve/Sharon.

The directors of IM3 said that they toyed with the idea of Pepper hooking up with Killian, who would later broadcast a tape of it in a store, as a subplot to the movie. Terrible idea of course. Apparently, according to RDJ in an interview in Paris, he and Gwyneth Paltrow actually filmed this scene, and it took like 3 days to do, but they didn't use any of it.
