I finished Dragonrend a few days ago and while part of me is so excited to finally see the "Complete" tag, part of me is a little bit in mourning I think. I'm going to actually miss this. I have to say though, given the kind of ending I have written, I should state that if there is to be a sequel, I will write it, not anyone else. I expressly do not give permission to anyone to take the characters I've created and the storyline I have built thus far and use them. I know this sounds a bit strong but someone tried to do this to me before in the past so I don't want to take any chances. In the meantime, I am writing an original novel. I've built my own sandbox, I have the ideas and the words are coming quite steadily. I hope to get it ready by next year, this time at least. I will make the announcement here, on my Tumblr blog (myrielleglassman) and also in Dragonrend so if you are interested, please find a way to get alerted when I post the announcement.
