A new threat is looming over National City. Kara must juggle being Kara Danvers and Supergirl as she and the DEO try to take care of the problem before it gets out of hand. Lena struggles to deal with the repercussions of the threat and is confused as secrets are unveiled. Will Kara's identity be safe or will this cause more chaos in her life as a menace brews in National City?

Lilian captures Kara and uses Mon-El as leverage to get Supergirl to comply. She causes Kara a whole lot of pain with a new experiment she had been dying to try, and she found the perfect subject. However, even after Kara survives, Lilian Luthor isn't finished trying to get what she wants, no matter how she achieves it.

"No distance could ever tear us apart; I'll find my way back to you". Kara is erased from everyone's memory and she is sent to a place she can't escape from. Everyone is left with an impending feeling of doom; but none of them are able to remember Kara.. or is there someone who will?

Lena & Kara are broken post reveal. Lena wants to withdraw, to write off people all together, and to punish Kara for hurting her so deeply. National City is basically under siege, with consecutive attacks from both aliens and humans and the DEO and Supergirl are exhausted. Kara is having a particular tough time with all the destruction and death and seeks out the only person she believes can make her feel safe and whole again.
