I write for a lot of things and only post about 3% of what I write (yes, over 100K of fanfiction just for Harry Potter is less than 3% of the fanfiction I write.)

I'm a big fan of slow-build stories, mainly due to Pride & Prejudice. I like the reality of love; it's very rarely an at-first-sight thing, and even if the initial attraction is there, it still takes a long time for it to build. I used to write a lot of angsty, rushed, plotless trash, but I got past that.

Mostly, I write one-shots and lengthy, overly-thought-out fics. Fanfiction is, more often than not, how I cope with injustices in writing/films/TV, like Zutara never happening or Sirius Black being killed off, or it's a way to practice writing things I don't normally write in my original fiction.
