I write fanfiction for fun and for my own entertainment. It is a way for me to get away from some of the exertion/performance anxiety of writing original fiction while still putting something on the page, so that is my reason for being here.
I write about hp because there is so much room for fan-interpretation of the universe and characters, and I love having that freedom while still being given a framework to ask my "what if's" within. My work is mostly canon compliant, with canon defined as what is written within the seven novels and not anything else that JKR might have said or written afterwards.
