For my readers of Easier with Eyes Closed and Pressure Point: I'm going on a temporary Sherlock hiatus, due to both a busy schedule and a recent lack of enthusiasm in the source material. I'm sure my interest will be rekindled soon, but for the moment, I'm taking a break.

About Me:

Name: Y'all can call me HIAWS, Happy, or Happiness, since my pseudonym is on the wordy side. If I know and trust you, I'll give you my first name.

Age: Sweet sixteen and counting, baby.

Writing/Fandoms: At the moment, I only write for Sherlock. I may branch out to Harry Potter soon. I'm on a nostalgia kick at the moment. Harry and Co. were my childhood. I'm also an avid Tolkien fan, and I've been pretty into Frozen lately too. For my "lesser" fandoms, I occasionally dip my toes in MLP: FiM stories, and I'll admit I have a certain craving for dark, horrific, gore that depraved, rainbow colored ponies satisfy quite nice nicely. I also watch South Park, Pretty Little Liars (and I've read about half of the book series), the first two seasons of American Horror Story (lost interest in Coven and found what I've seen of Freak Show boring), and Game of Thrones, though I prefer ASOIAF. I write OCs and I'm unashamed despite the surrounding stigma, but I do make an honest effort to keep firmly out of Sue territory.

Other fun facts: I'm a really hard core Beatles fan, and I listen to (and write, as a matter of fact) a lot of music. I read slash, femslash, and OC stories, but I'm very rarely into het pairings with canon characters, though I'll occasionally enjoy some well-written Harmony. I also do art stuff occasionally, and I only draw by hand. I've got no sense of fancy digital programs whatsoever. I sing and play the guitar. Depending on what test I take and what mood I'm in when I take it, I can be placed in either Ravenclaw or Slytherin, though I probably veer more towards the Slytherin side. I enjoy reading everything from music bios to feminist poetry (I particularly like Sylvia Plath), plays, classic American novels, and teen fiction. I also like horror movies, psychological thrillers, jukebox musicals, and screwball comedies. If you ever want to chat, feel free to write me.

Couple of fun facts: I'm hyper-elastic and have double jointed thumbs, I've broken and sprained the same ankle three times, and I'm afraid of the dark, heights, clowns, and insects larger than a dime. I'm an INFP personality type according to the Myers-Briggs test, a Scorpio on the Libra cusp, and was born in the year of the tiger if you hold by that kind of thing.
