Hello there boys and girls... and you other people who happen to check others' profiles, been awhile hasn't it?

I know I came back from a hiatus, at the time of me uploading pronouncing that I was indeed back, only to disappear once again; and for that I would apologize, though that seems to be a common theme from me doesn't it? So instead I'll just y'know, leave it up to y'all.

As for those who're curious as to why I've been gone, uhh... don't really have an answer, well, at least one that's justifiable, but take it as you will.

Well, to start off, I just finished my semester of college and now am in my 'summer break'. With that I have had the pleasure of... planning out my future I guess is the easiest way to put it. Y'know, like paying for tuition, classes, books, etc. Also those who read my previous 'excuses', would know of my caring, a bit too much, friends; and with 'summer break' now in full force I was uh... Not really 'dragged' per se, but more like forcefully persuaded onto some 'expeditions'. But hey, at least I got to experience the grand ole 'City that never sleeps', you got it: The famous New York. The city of course, some people forget that it's also a state. Honestly that place reeks of piss and garbage but that's most metropolitan areas. Still had a great time though, nothing better than sharing a single apartment with 3 boys and 3 girls. Jesus what a disaster that was.

Uh... yeah, so there's that. Friend life has kept me busy, work life has kept me busy. I could go into my love life, but I'm sure most of you can guess the ups and downs of those, am i right, hahahah... yeah, its pretty tiresome.

So with that I... haven't really lost inspiration per se, nor am I in a 'writer's block', but I just... I dunno, lack the energy to really keep up on my muse and the nonsense he floods my mind with. Also in accordance to 'misfits' and regarding the whole 'woe is me' outlook that whole story, not to mention my overall tone in those A/N's, I was going through a... I wouldn't really call it 'depression' as that seems a bit extreme, but I did lack a lot of energy and overall 'willingness' to get up in the morning and go on with my, rather mundane at the time, life. I guess my friends noticed that, hence the trip to NYC.

Huh, maybe they aren't so bad after all.(lol)

Anyways enough of me and on to the more important, and more than likely, the reason you guys are here: my stories.

I haven't officially abandoned any of them yet, but I have thought about just calling it quits, cause I'm just way too busy, but... I dunno, I think I can finish Divulging Memories pretty easily, Rendition has a lot more follows than I originally thought and is a lot more well written than I remembered, so I started a draft on chapter 3, but its been so long that it was really... out of place and pretty bad. Princes is still fresh in my mind, that thing is like my child, it's just so hard to sort all the things out that I want to do, like I LITERALLY planned a route for almost every heroine, or at least, an outline of it i.e: at least one date, how/who asks who out, and a general background of the character. Again, I fucked up by emphasizing Yukinoshita way too much, hell even Haruno too. But, I haven't given up on the story quite yet. Misfits was mainly written off of feeling, so that one isn't too hard but I'd have to be in that whole 'woe is me' state again.

Anyways, I appreciate if you've read all the way up 'til this point and want to sincerely thank you for all the interest you have given me. Truly, some these reviews are just... heartwarming, the feeling of knowing that someone else has enjoyed my rather inane ideas as much as I do really makes me happy, as... my real life friends don't really share the same sentiment, haha. Seriously, I love you all.

If it wasn't clear, which it probably wasn't, I will try my hardest to push out some more content, hell that's why I'm sitting at my laptop right now in the dead of night. But my updates will be very sporadic, even more so than before. Also when I say 'boys and girls' its just a general term for my audience, a.k.a those who've been with me since the beginning lol. 'Other people' refer to the newer viewers or those that aren't accustomed to my passive voice.

As for the length of the story, it is still going to be short; I'd say maybe about 3 more chapters(depending)? Imgoing to keep it short as it was intended to be a one-shot.

Regarding the Kaihin Planning Committee, I think I'll be scrapping that idea in general; it's just taking way too much thought, tbh. I did plan to use the Kaihin kids more, so that may appear in another fic, eventually.

I have decided to continue the story from the current 4-shot, so yes; it is still in the works and will be updated.

Rendition: As of 4/20/2017

I did say this fic may be abandoned, and since I finished 'Girls of the Wild's', I have lost a lot of inspiration for it to be completely honest. The last arc of 'Wild's' was really... typical, I guess is the word. It started off as a story that, although wasn't entirely new, was still at least different enough to be refreshing. The ending was the least thing I liked about it; also Queen was my least favorite girl, lmao.

Regarding romance: there actually wasn't intended to be a pairing, but seeing how the source material is basically a action-rom, I guess there will be one eventually. Just because he ended up with youknowwho doesn't mean Hikigaya will end up with her SNAFU counterpart.

Also people were confused as to who Kawasaki was supposed to be. That's my bad, Moonyoung was originally supposed to be Yuigahama, but Yuigahama's persona doesn't match Moonyoung's at all, and I absolutely adore Moonyoung, so I split her appearance / role and her attitude / character. Her appearance and role as a character is akin to Yuigahama, but her personality and attitude is more akin to Kawasaki. So that's that; all the other guesses were correct.

Princes of Sobu High: As of 4/20/2017

Everyone's famous question: Who's he going to end up with? Honestly? I have no fucking idea. Let's run through my thoughts on it though, yeah? Originally this was a crack fic, which was in turn, just supposed to be for shits and giggles, hell I didn't think I'd get past chapter 2. After I tried taking it more seriously, it kind of ended up being... idk, forced? And my original pairing was supposed to be Hikigaya and Haruno; then after writing a bit more, I wanted Hikigaya and Yukinoshita. Then I was like, hey, why not try to pair one of them with Hayama too; so I thought let's do Hi x Yuk, Hy x Yui. But ehh... I didn't really like that idea after a few drafts. Then Shiromeguri came in, then Kawasaki and now finally Miura, who all haven't even gotten a chapter dedicated to them yet. So again, I think I'll hold off on this particular question 'til I get their characters down.

Regarding the girl's themselves and the whole 'Visual Novel' setting; I've written them all in a 'crack' fashion, but it has meaning. They're all like their original persona's, but I've taken their quirks and put them to the extreme or flipped them. Yukinoshita obsession with cats turned in to yknow what. Miura's socialite attitude has been flipped into a loner, Yuigahama's love for sweets turned into gultton, Komachi's obsession with getting her brother a girlfriend and being happy into a girl obsessed with interpersonal relationships, etc. Onto the V.N, like shit every girl is supposed to have a backing and reason to why they act the way they do. We've gotten into Haruno's and Yukinoshita's a bit; I'll finish Yukinoshita's after the date, and Haruno's when we do Kaori, as they are tied together. I still have to plan out Muira's and Kawasaki's. I have the basics for all the other girls down, I just have to find a way to include it.

With that being said, someone has brought up the idea of multiple endings with all the girls. And honestly, I've been mulling over that idea for about... two months now. I came to a point where I thought that 'Princes of Sobu High' was going to be the 'common route' with him basically turning down every girl, then make separate stories for each route, like Yukinoshita's route would be something like 'Princes of Sobu High: A Cat's Melancholy' or Haruno's like 'Princes of Sobu High: Familial Bonds', Kaori's would obviously be 'The Past Comes Back to Haunt'. But... again, I kind of messed up by showing too much of Haruno's and Yukinoshita's route already.

This fic is turning into something far greater than I would've ever imagined; there are so many things I want to do it's actually ridiculous. Like I can already see that I'm setting myself up for failure; and yet I still try to keep it crack. Smh.

Regarding the A/N, the three parts were:

1. The verbal fight between the two
2. The 'date' they went on through the shopping centre
3. The end where they walk to and arrive at her door

The first part was unedited and finished in the way I imagined/wanted. As for the second and third part I completely rushed it with just a paragraph of exposition. Originally each part was supposed to be a chapter by itself and they were supposed to be a lot longer and thought out; however I felt like I should post something just to... y'know say I'm still here, lol. Also, I didn't want to think too hard and waste my ideas on a 3-shot, so it was a... very rushed one-shot.

It is true that I wrote it in about two hours or so, I didn't bother revising it 'cause I didn't really take it seriously and even meant to take it down; again it was just a free-form writing exercise that I used as a way to direct traffic to my profile as well as my other stories; however the reception it received was a lot better than I originally thought. And for that, I thank you all.

I know I said I would actually put my foot down and leave it as a one-shot, but people are still following it; so... y'know, I'm a person who really appreciates all the interest I receive and I feel inclined to reward those who're hoping for another chapter. Re-reading it, I was actually really surprised as to how short it was, and I was left feeling... unsatisfied.

So, who knows, maybe I'll take it down and re-upload it as my original 3-shot.

1. Reverse the Flow

Summary: Basically Komachi is Hikigaya and Hikigaya plays the older sibling trope, as in they act like each other, i.e, Komachi is now the youth-hating melodramatic and Hikigaya is the nagging older sibling vying for his sister's happiness. All the major characters genders are swapped, as in the service club members are now guys and the whole rom-com is with them and Komachi instead. It's obviously supposed to be a crack fic for laughs. Yukinoshita, Yukino will be named to Shitayukino, Shita. Yuigahama, Yui will be named Gahamayui, Gahama, and so on so forth.

Projected Length: Probably a one-shot to be completely honest.

2. Misfits

Summary: Another AU. This will be my attempt at a slice of life type of fic; again, I will be re-rolling the cast's personality, but they'll be much more tame and not crack at all. The main theme is loneliness and how all the characters are social outcasts for one reason or another and find solace in each other through the club. Said club will not be the service club but something else; and its clubmates will be more than just our usual trio. Kind of like Haganai; actually no, it's most definitely like that anime lol. Inspired by my High School experience and my current group of friends.

Projected Length: Long, like... Princes of Sobu length long. Probably ~50k words.

3. Muse

Summary: This one's a weird one. So I have a lot of projects that I write for my own pleasure as well as to explore and enhance my own writing; most of them are pretty damn bad and cringe-worthy, but they're all saved on my google docs. I thought I would just upload basically everything that I've written these past few years and upload them to here; basically it'll be all my unfinished ideas or abandoned stories that will be put up for adoption; kind of like this whole section right now, except it would have prompts and excerpts from the actual stories that you can read(unedited), so you can see my thought process and mistakes. If you decide to adopt any of the stories put here just shoot me a PM and I'll explain my main goal and themes/overall direction of the story. I will have a contingency of at least one uploaded story that I must read to ensure you have proper grammar and are a faithful writer. It was dead with me, why give it to someone who also leave it for the dead? Only one person may adopt each idea; hence the contingency. I wouldn't want multiple people trying their shot on the same idea/story. All I ask is for a shout-out or disclaimer.

Chapter 7: Author's Note, from 'Princes of Sobu High'(old)

Alright guys, big update is in the works, this is not an actual chapter, so sorry about that.

As you may or may not know, I hit a big roadblock with chapter 6. Chapter 6 was re-written and the main focus, conflict, plot-device, whatever-the-hell-you-wanna-call-it, was scrapped; and with that, the previous chapters that acted as a buildup were... either rendered useless or the main points were unfulfilled and seem rather awkward or just completely fucking out of left field. So in that regard I apologize.

Also I want to give a thanks to guest, who even though reviewed the first chapter I assume was meant for the whole story. I appreciate your blunt honesty and the block analogy really helped me out. I took your advice and will be re-writing the backing of Haruno and Hikigaya, making it... not as dramatic and not much, if any, bad blood between them. (Get it? Bad blood? Ahahaha... Kill myself.)

With that note, 'The Past Comes to Haunt' is being re-written(more like revised as most of the chapters are going to remain intact), and the originals are going to be removed; yes chapter 4, 5, and 6 will be removed from my story. These chapters will be compressed into one as the next update and, if everything goes according to plan, be uploaded as chapter 4.

There will be a few changes, but most chapters are going to remain intact; so you can skip chapter 4(new) when it does get uploaded, and for those who do want to read the new parts I will try to bold all the new parts, although I am surely going to miss some of the scenes I added or the revisions to pre-existing scenes. I will unbold them after chapter 5(new) has been posted.

It has come to me as an epiphany when I remembered what this fic was. A CRACK FIC. Trying to justify and connect the plot-holes is like trying to trying to wrap your head around infinity, it's just completely irrational. So in that regard I, once again, apologize and will be focusing on the humor aspect of it, while even though I won't go completely balls-to-the-walls with the plot and inane bullshit this cast will get into, I'll make sure to not stress too much about it.

So that is what is in the works at the moment, as the story will be going under a small revision and will enter a small hiatus. Updates will also probably be a bit slower as the future chapters I've written are going to get scrapped just to make my life easier.

Thank you to all those who reviewed, I appreciate your commitment, support, and most of all, the honest feedback. Ironically, chapter 6 had the most traffic out of all my chapters, so I at least know people are still following this story, though I do expect it to decline, haha.

On a side not I may start a new fic, one that focuses more on drama(or romance) cause... I dunno I been feeling pretty dramatic(or romantic) lately I guess. *laughs nervously*
