Lacey Walters never imagined herself picking up litter at the height of her youth. She never though she'd be stuck with 200 hours of community service, hanging around a bunch of young offenders. And, most importantly, she never thought one day, doing this awful community service, she'd gain some comic-book superpowers, and end of falling in love with one of her partners-in-crime.
