Hello, I'm gecko. Currently, I'm a junior at a local university, studying English literature. I can honestly say I've gone through the Merlin archive on both this website and Ao3 twice over, and lately I've been on a Merlin fic kick. You can find me on Ao3 as well by the same username (I'm starting to add things to my bookmarks and favorites, but just message for recs if you want).

Usually, I'm that kind of particularly awful person who writes whump or in the least a twisted comedy, but due to some prompts that have recently tickled my fancy, I've been writing some fluff.

"The Goblin in the Maze" is on hold right now because my depression is acting with the vivacity it has stolen from me—that leech—and I do not believe that I can presently tell the story the way I had intended (my tone changes and my memory for things-thought-in-happier-days is always poor). This frustrates me to no end because while that series partially embarrasses me, it is terribly amusing to write. I have at least two more fics mentally lined up after this (alongside entire written scenes), and I would very much like to give them to you. I apologize for any upset, if any, this has caused. I will get back on it as soon as I am able.
