All citizens should be on the lookout for a mysterious spy known only as the Man in Blue. He has been trained as an assassin by the French government and is skilled in the art of stealth. As a Spy, he keeps his face covered by a dark blue ski mask at all times. He wears sharp suits and has been trained in many forms of combat, including the martial art of kickboxing. He is very agile and is able to move very quickly to disarm or injure his opponents in battle. He also wields butterfly knives and a special revolver, making him dangerous. If any citizen should spot the Man in Blue, be advised to use caution in approaching him--or better yet, wait for law enforcement to arrive!
