Lives - in an old grey city called London, on a soggy little island called Britain...for now.

The Ayla is a short, often shy creature that can most commonly be seen hiding behind a laptop. She has been known, on occasion, to venture from her nest into the real world in order to go in search of her favoured prey; books and video games. She survives on a diet consisting mostly of chicken, bacon, pieces of mummified cow corpse (known to some as ‘beef jerky’), and cinnamon if it can be found. She is not appreciative of vegetables unless they are called ‘potatoes’. She is easily angered by people who make fun of her height…all five foot of it…and although she is not particularly violent you would not be advised to come between her and a bacon sandwich. Bacon is important. How she remains a size 8 (UK) is a mystery to many. She possesses excessively long hair which can be doubled as a scarf during the winter months and must be forcibly removed from her Dr. Martens of an evening. She has long since forgotten the meaning of ‘pink’ other than as something to be avoided at all costs.

The Weekly Update

22nd July '08- Calling this a 'weekly update' is a bit of a cheek I suppose. It's been a very long time since I've been to this site let alone written anything for it. I would like to but the inspiration for things has left me. I may try to at least finish the ones that deserve an ending but for now nothing is really going on. I apologise to anyone who had been waiting on things to be completed or any promises I couldn't keep, but what i thought was just me 'annual wall' turned out to be something else entirely. I'm hoping to apply myself to original works and with any luck get some things actually published but I hope to make time for fanfiction again; my real first foray into getting my projects out into the world. Thank you for every review, for all your patience and pointers. My time here when I was regularly uploading my work, especially Beyond the Edge and Growing Pains was a happy one indeed.

Untitled -An AU spin off of 'Growing Pains'. This will follow Dante and Vergil's misadventures in college (yeah,I know it's been done a million times already but hey-ho...) It will be a collaboration with Chicken-Chan and it's currently undecided wether it will be posted under my account, her accountor a new joint one. Title suggestions are welcomed woth open arms and cookies.

Perfect Circle - Sequal to Beyond the Edge. Kain and (a more mature) Maddrell must travel further back into Nosgoth's past than any being ever before to prevent Khila carrying out a very foolish plan that will change every timeline forever.

Child That Never Was - My first attempt at Naruto fanfiction. Multi-chapter thing to do with Orochimaru ending up back in Konoha which i have been working on for a while...and just as I decided that yes, i might actually post it I discover that someone else has done something similar. Not the same but there is a definite similarity...so I may well not end up posting it after all. But hey-ho we'll see.

Solus Saga - I got bored an started writing a backhistory for my GW characters Erra and Vyris Solus. might not be posted in the end but its floating about...it takes place before pre and during pre. will end at the Searing.

Sigma Redux - once again i venture into unfamilar territory. another halo fic as a gift for my magpie. Chronicles the impact of a haywire AI on the halo universe. A present for my Magpie, my future evil overlord, my most awesome X-Mep.
