Author has written 3 stories for Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Doctor Who, Wonder Woman, and Cthulhu Mythos.

Hi there, guys. I go by the name Thane Dynamo here and in some other places, but my pen name is in fact R.L. Price. I have written for quite a while, though I didn't take it as a serious hobby until quite recently. I have always valued imagination and creativity and was raised to read since I was a kid. I love to read, preferably fiction that introduces great ideas in many different forms (so I do enjoy a lot of fantasy and science fiction), and I thought I'd take the risk of doing a bit of writing myself. Though I'm still really unsure about how I can pull it off, so I feel like fanfiction is a very good first step in such a hobby, so here I am, plucking up the little courage I have to share what I have done so far with others. I love to help others as best I can, and I feel that receiving help from others must always be followed by offering help to them in return.

Just so you know, I take time to write stories, as the flare they initially have can diminish if rushed (not to mention the demanding and often tiring schedule of university, various other personal projects and life itself; suffice it to say, this regrettably leaves little time to dedicate oneself to writing). I try my best to keep up to date but please don’t rush me, for the reasons above. I will try to keep up to date with my writing as best I can, but that's the best I can offer at this time, what with the harshness of reality and everyday life.

Favourite books and book series: Percy Jackson series; The Diary of Anne Frank; Harry Potter series; His Dark Materials trilogy; Tolkien's work as a whole; Peter Pan; much of H.P. Lovecraft; A Song of Ice and Fire series; Discworld series; The Witcher series.

Favourite TV shows: Doctor Who; Buffy the Vampire Slayer; The Simpsons; Game of Thrones (namely Seasons 1-4); Batman: The Animated Series; Merlin.

Favourite anime: Wolf’s Rain; Hellsing Ultimate; Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.

Favourite movies: An extensive list, but to provide a Top Ten: Lord of the Rings trilogy (simply could not choose, so they ended up being a tie); The Truman Show; Jurassic Park; Kingdom of Heaven; Imaginaerum; Princess Mononoke; Pan's Labyrinth; Hamlet (1996); Finding Forrester; Wonder Woman (2017).

Favourite video games: Again, so many to choose from, but my top five (so far) would be: Shadow of the Colossus; Dark Souls; Metroid Prime; Silent Hill 1-3 (same as Lord of the Rings under Favourite movies); Age of Mythology.

Pastimes: Reading; writing; gaming; drawing etc...

Personal hero: Anne Frank. It is important to take inspiration from the best of humanity to help us in life and continue their legacy, and the fact that wisdom can come from someone so young is even more incredible. She taught us how to be courageous in the worst of times, and to keep our faith in people and banish discrimination no matter what.

Favourite Doctor Who Doctors: Tom Baker; Sylvester McCoy; Jon Pertwee; Patrick Troughton; Paul McGann.

Favourite female characters: Luna Lovegood; Jo Grant; Wonder Woman; Buffy Summers; Eowyn; Lisa Simpson; Heather Mason; Olenna Tyrell; Annabeth Chase; Harley Quinn; Samus Aran.

Skyrim: The Voice of The Bard by JLawrence Kenny reviews
"It's true, I cannot lift a sword in my own defense, let alone others." The grin on the bard's face only widened. "Yet one's own voice can be far more deadly if used in the right manner, or far more inspirational. Why lift a single sword with my arm when I can rouse a hundred more with words alone?" A story about the true power of a single Voice.
