I am a Draco/Ginny fan, period. I just can't get into reading other ships. Well, Ron/ Luna or Ron/Pansy are not that bad to read, as long as they are not the focus of the story. In my humble opinion, the Draco/Ginny pairing is the most romantic, spirited, and illogical; but hey, isn't that what love is all about? I absolutely HATE Ginny/Harry. Personally, I think that it is insulting; the idea of her pining away for years waiting for him to finally notice her is ludicrous. Yes, JKR should be the only person allowed to portray those characters together in any way.

I must say, there are many brilliant authors out there who have inspired me beyond belief. I highly recommend reading anything that Davesmom has posted. She is a gifted writer, and is the one who got me hooked on Draco/Ginny to begin with.

I am currently working on two multi chapter stories. The first, Destined for Completion, is my baby. It is a very complex story that I insist I get just right. I know what I want to happen, but the plot bunnies sometimes run away to greener pastures, so updating has been slow. The same could be said for Desperately Wanting, I guess. It is much more of a light-hearted fic, but again, I know where I want to go, but the bunnies have left the corral.

It has been an unbelievably stressful year, and 2006 isn't shaping up to be any better. But hey, such is life, right? I am hoping that I am able to get back top channeling my grief, pain, and anxiety into my writing. It is normally the best way to get myself back to normal...not to mention MUCH cheaper than a therapist.
