For many years, I've had the dream of writing my own stories for Sonic the Hedgehog, and now, those dreams are finally coming true. Nearly all of my once-separate stories are being compiled into The Chaos Project, my pride and joy. I've considered writing some other stories as well, but The Chaos Project will retain my primary focus if I decide to write anything else.

I ask that all of my readers please be vocal. I may not be a new writer anymore, but I can always get better, and only through your commentary can I learn how to improve. If you notice any mistakes, be it in spelling, grammar, or even in logic if you believe I haven't sufficiently explained something, I implore you to leave a comment telling me so. Or better yet, allow me to discuss the story with you by contacting me about it via PM or email (my address is just my FanFiction user name @gmail). Every bit of advice, no matter how small, could help me improve, and help you enjoy the story better in the future. Additionally, I ask that you please leave the language used in any comments that you might make, positive or negative, clean. If you wouldn't see the word in a story because of its rating, please don't use that word in your review (i.e. don't cuss in a review of a K plus story).

The Chaos Project

The Controller, a title shared by three Hedgehogs as they race to rescue time itself. A vigilante in Westopolis, bent on revenge and shrouded in mystery. A forgotten project from 40 years ago, created to save the world, with the power to destroy it. A strange power that fell from the night sky, putting the balance of the world at risk. And the Phantom Ruby, the gem that sparks war once again. All have one thing in common. The seven Chaos Emeralds. And those who created them.

I have decided to give this story the rating of K plus, for mild to moderate violence, and the occasional reference to swearing. Shadow the Hedgehog is my basis for this rating. The violence and swearing shouldn't get any worse than what can be seen in that game, which was rated E10. I may change this rating to T if the violence gets too bad, but I don't expect it to come to that.

In the Shadow of Time

The Ritual of Prosperity. A day in which Shadow the Hedgehog made a choice. Fight Black Doom. Be the Hero. Save the World. But it was always a choice. In another time, in another place, Shadow could have taken another path. And a single choice, like a sonic boom, can spread ever wider over time, wreaking catastrophic consequences.

This story is an alternate-universe look at the story of Shadow the Hedgehog, following the dark path all the way to the end. The game was already very violent and rated E10, and this story takes those dark themes just a step farther, requiring a rating of T.
