Author has written 2 stories for Charmed. THIS PROFILE IS CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION- BUT FEEL FREE TO READ WHAT I'VE MANAGED TO WRITE FOR NOW! (: Hi all! I'm I started writing fanfiction in middle school during the Jonas Brothers and Demi/Joe (Jemi) era where every youtube video I ever watched was a 5-6 minute video with pictures and dialogue and a song that matched the "theme" of the story chapter. Eventually I wrote everything down in screenplay style, using the * button to describe emotions and/or gestures. My best friend at the time and I would write 1-2 pages every other weeknight, and on weekends/homework-free nights it would be 3 pages, of dialogue, then email it (wait... what's that again?). And because that wasn't enough, we would get out our handy-dandy flip phones (you know, the phones with the cool wand attached to the ends) and use T-9 word and send a text: SENT! to make sure the other knew it was updated. It was honestly a blast. I remember many many different storylines - from me being a backup singer for Demi and falling in love with Joe while my best friend pretended to be a dude playing drums for the JB in order to get on the tour to a Dancing With the Stars story, to me being neighbors with the JB and letting my friend meet my super hot band neighbors to eventually getting married having 5 children (and still looking good apparently) with them and then having Miley or Camilla (I'm really starting to feel old now) or T. Swift try to break us up. I came up with so many names for my fictional children that I could probably name my future children and friends' future children for the next ten years and still end up using a name from one of our stories. Then I decided... hey, I think it's time we grew the heck up! Then I moved on to American Idol Season 8 Allison Iraheta/Adam Lambert (Addison) fanfiction with occasional Kris Allen/Megan Joy pairings during my 8th/9th grade years. I'm not even going to go into detail on that... If you really wanna know, PM me. I'll muster up the strength to copy and paste the link to my stories, but otherwise... I choose to block out those 2 years of my live and pretend I was still in the Jonas Brother fanfiction phase when T. Swift & I had a lot of Bad Blood (hehe). At least that was semi-normal. *shudder* (And yes, I still use * for emotional responses) After Idol became a bore, I ventured into a more mature writing style. I spent the rest of my freshman year nose-deep in science books. I wanted to be a forensic lab tech like Greg Sanders on CSI, lab coat and all. I began binge watching CSI every night while doing homework, and I even dreamed about what it would be to date Greg himself. After I realized how terrible my writing for Idol was, I decided to think up of new fanfiction themes: I wrote about murders and solving crime. And before you think I'm crazy (chances are you already think that if you've read this far), I mean that I began writing CSI: Crime Scene Investigation fanfiction. I wrote about a level 3 forensic scientist who was a former student of Laurence Fishburne's character Dr. Raymond Langston. She was from the Baltimore Crime Lab who was brought in to Las Vegas to take Riley Adams's place in Season 10 (I wrote this within the first three episodes of Season 10). It was by far my favorite fanfiction to write, sometimes even to this day (and it's been almost 7 years). It was great. I had a great opening because a character was leaving, so I just slipped her right in with the rest of the cast. She had a familiar face since Dr. Langston was her professor, he was also my character's confidant and friend until she got to know other people. I even wieseled my way into an office romance (with Greg Sanders... who would've guessed?!) without ruining any other relationships going on on-screen. AND to top it all off, I managed to sneak in a perfect "main character turn damsel in distress" story arc development for her at the mid to end season (remember when Nick Stokes gets buried alive? When Greg Sanders is nearly beaten to death? Warrick dies?). My damsel story arc was genius... sort of. The Miniature Killer managed to teach someone her talents before her incarceration and they joined teams with Dr. Jekyll and kidnapped me. The miniature copycat sent a box with the crime scene to Greg (who had become my characters boyfriend by then) and he alerted the team. The execution of the character development was amazing... but sadly, I lost every single piece of CSI fanfiction when I got a new computer. It's floating on the internet somewhere and I only know bits and pieces of what I wrote. I'm thinking about re-writing it again and just coming up with juicier details and storylines, but I can't bring myself to overwrite my own work... I'm not that crazed... yet. As I grew into myself - physically, mentally, emotionally, spirituality - I grew into my writing. I strayed away from my dark, twisted themes and began exploring softer and calmer outlets. As in, none at all. I stopped writing fanfiction entirely. From about 2010/11 until later 2015, I wasn't writing much of anything except the bare minimum. As in, I wrote my school essays, book reports and homework assignments, but that was it. It was my longest dry spell as far as creative writing went. And then in the summer of 2015, something sparked. I found Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel. I binged watched every episode of both shows from beginning to end, and the next thing I knew, I was writing a one-shot where Xander found Anya cheating on him in Season 4, he kissed Willow and Spike and Buffy nearly had sex in a cemetery. It was a very, very, very rough draft... and never became anything else but that. That was when I found my one true pairing- Spuffy. I liked Angel and Buffy growing up (who didn't? Angel was handsome and mysterious but he was never abusive and always said please and thank you and never used his fangs for evil... until of course he did actually become evil for a little bit), but now that I'm I'm even beginning to branch out my artistry into Charmed (which is A.] the reason I made this ff profile & B.] I also grew up watching it- Leo is the only reason I haven't sided with Hell yet and become Cole Turner's new Queen of the Underworld... that, and I'm a loyal and faithful Christian), Supernatural, The Vampire Diaries, and probably a little bit of Grey's Anatomy and House if I ever decide to use my nursing major classes to good use. If you've managed to read all of this and either not be afraid of me, like me or even be remotely interested in my work, I want to personally thank you, which I will do in my very first story I publish on here... which will Oh, I also make banners for stories. On Elysian Fields, you can see it. Click here for my profile. All the banners (minus the main Between You and Me banner) are my work. I have more banners hidden in chapter notes of my stories, so feel free to look (and possibly read if you'd like). It was very nice to meet you - or bore you, scare you, excite you... |
