Author’s notes on Chapter 20: A Road of Pain and Heartache of Bless the Broken Road

I just have to explain this chapter. the first part: miroku and sango’s conversation really happened in the movie. It was the first and only hint that the guy playing sango’s best friend really love her more than a friend. So it was also heartbreaking for him.

The one with sessh and inuyasha was my own fabrication. I will be surely accused of OOC but I wanted to have a brother interaxn; and sesshy actually putting things in perspective for inuyasha. Hopefully that one is okay.

Now, the inuyasha confession part. Totally not part of the script of the movie; but I decided to put it here in the fic bcoz mainly of one reviewer’s, celestial chaos, comment. like her, I agree that there’s something amiss whenever a conflict is resolved and the hero of the story confesses to the heroine at the last chapter or scene. I, too, get frustrated at that. The story isn’t done, just coz guy-man tells girl-woman he loves her. so by making inu confess to sango before everything ends just gives me more ways to twist and turn this plot. still, there’s still a lot of drama in store. Hope no one gets tired of it.

Once again, thank you all for the support on this fic. My goal is to finish this before university starts in sept 7. if I don’t get it done by then, I will still continue it.
