Warnings about me

I have a short fuse and get annoyed easily. If I'm in a bad mood, I'll snap at you. I repeat myself. I'm random. I like some video games I've never played. I'll flag you down if there's an error in your fic. 95 percent of the time I don't review things. I use Caps Lock to get my point across. I don't use/like chatspeak beyond OMG, LOL, WTF, etc. and smilies. lurk like crazy. I listen to the same song over and over. I'm not very good at updating when I say I will. I curse sometimes. I'll talk about new fictional flames to the point where you feel like hitting me on the head with a pan. I quote things. I'm a slow reader. I disappear on the net for days or weeks at a time due to school or me being lazy enough to not talk to anyone. I blame people. I don't update this very often anymore (shame on me).

The technicalities

Reviews: It makes me happy when someone takes the time to review my work, but if you don't wanna, then that's fine. I'll take whatever you have to throw at me: rabid praise, concrit, a flame, etc. I want to become better at writing: if there's something wrong, whether it's OOC or something with my own characters or a continuity thing or whatever, then go ahead and say it. Don't be afraid to tug me aside and scold me sometimes.

Will you beta my fic?: Yes. :D I'll cover everything for you: characterization, story line, etc., right down to typoes. Don't be afraid to ask, but expect mucho del procrastination on my part.

Pairings: I used to be a stickler for pairings, but at the moment I'm ridiculously flexible. There are a few I ship hardcore (LxMisa from Death Note (RAISE THE FLAG HIGH, YOU GUYS, WOO WOOOOOO), JadexDist from Tales of the Abyss, and King KrichevskoyxLaharl's Mother from Disgaea being three) and some I won't touch. I'm also VERY capricious and will ship a pairing for a day or so before switching to another. Whatever sparks my interest, really. I have one rule, and that's no wangst about "But that pairing's not canon!", at least not to me. To be blunt, I don't want to hear it. We're here to have fun, not make each other bash our heads against the wall.

OC's and badfics: I write them. Pretty much 90 percent of the fics here are OC fics or really bad fanfic that I'm not going to delete. Love them or hate them as you see fit.

Sense of humor: See: Seriously Messed Up. I don't do this in serious fics, but in parodies or what have you, anything that is spontaneous will work.
